I’ve had my new Mobi Scooter for about two months. It has worked seamlessly. The scooter is very comfortable. It is very stable and drives great — on flat ground it is fantastic and it goes up and down hills easily, and always stops right when I let off on the ‘go’ handle. I have yet to drain the battery anywhere close to low charge, even though I have taken it out on several fairly long rides (for me that’s about an hour). It is easy to take apart to put it into the rear hatchback my Subaru Outback, where it fits great with room to spare. I always remove the battery before I move it, it’s a lot lighter and easier to lift that way. The only other things are that I wish the handle on the front of the scooter was as big as the handle on the back, which would make lifting it into and out of the car or up the steps and into the house easier. And it’s also a little tricky to pull the post that is under the seat from its tube on the scooter when removing the seat. But these are very minor things. It is definitely a solid and well built machine, and I expect to get quite a few years of regular use out of it. Great purchase for me.

The scooter arrived quickly and was easy to set up. Charged the battery and adjusted the scooter to my wife's small frame. Then she was off. She was startled by the quick start initially but with practice, she feels very comfortable with the operation. She has not gone on any 30 mile trips however the battery power and charge seem to be as advertised. One of the selling points of this scooter was that I could disassemble and re-assemble easily. We are retired and can easily put the scooter in the back of my truck without any assistance. Breaking down the scooter for transport takes less then 10 minutes and about that much time to put back together.

I purchased the scooter because I have Neuropathy in my feet and legs. It was purchased to use for a girls all day event and there after. It is sturdy, transported with no problems and easy to remove from carrier, Battery lasted all day with no glitches. Easy to operate. Definitely worth the money.

We needed a scooter to provide some mobility support to a family member who is going thru some medical issues. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money but still wanted something reliable and sturdy. This meets both of our criteria. The battery does take longer than documented to charge to green for the first charge so don’t give up. But this has been easy to load into our SUV, is faster than we had anticipated, and works on many surfaces. Also sturdy and the basket comes in handy. Definitely a good purchase.

This scooter is great I’m so in love with it. It has a horn n LED light.If you rent a scooter like I previously did n the rental scooter broke down twice . I need it bcuz I have a fracture and I can’t walk on my foot . For the price compare to rental that u are taking a risk it breaking down I just purchased a new one. You will not b disappointed!!!I did my research with different companies and Amazon has the best quality and price!!

The media could not be loaded. My husband has been looking for a scooter for a while now that was affordable and would work for him. He isn't able to walk too far before his legs give out and he has t sit before falling. This has caused him to be depressed because he can't enjoy retirement. Now with the scooter he can do many of the things he enjoyed before. He can go on rides walking our dog while sitting comfortably. The scooter works well in the yard, on gravel, grass and on the sidewalk. Easy to assemble. Battery life is great for his needs. Very easy to operate. Seeing him happier means the world to all our family. Thank you Ecomobi!

Before use, the charger was plugged in for 16 hours..recommended time is 14 minimum. The geen light never came on indicating full charge. The turning radius is long..requires backing up several times. There is no trouble shooting guide in the owners Manuel. The scooter was easy to assemble, but weights 97 pounds which makes it difficult to lift into the trunk for transporting. I will recharge according to directions and see if the green light will come on indicating a full charge. If not, the battery may be defective. I will update my review after a few days use. EDIT: turning radius is approximately 12 feet. Impossible to turn around in a store isle without backing up several times. The ride is bumpy on pavement and forward motion on slow speed is jerkey, which is frightening. UPDATE: After recharging 4 times per instructions, the battery indicator says full charge and green light came on. The tiller vibrated loose while riding on pavement, but I was able to readjust to get home. The only serious complaint I have is turning radius which is VERY annoying to have to back up several times. UPDATE : The tiller vibrated loose twice today, both turning radius and tiller issue need to be addressed. I will not recommend at this point. The loose tiller is very dangerous when traveling .
