  • Great scooter!
Style: Max Plus Blue
I really like this scooter. Its top speed is almost too fast, but I'm very happy with the speed variability available on this model. I took it on a trip recently to another city via Amtrak. It worked out beautifully. They were able to load it onto the train easily and it fits on our local buses/light rail. Comfortable seating, and the cane holder is very helpful. It has a very satisfactory battery life and the scooter handles well. I've received a number of complements on how nice this scooter looks (mine is blue). The cup holders are terrific and handy for other items as well. To be fair, I have to include a few Cons: The battery is heavy, and it's much easier to put into the back of my truck with the battery removed. The scooter is a bit too heavy for me to lift into my truck alone, but my truck bed is rather high. It would have been nice if there were assembly instructions enclosed. I had to use the user manual to figure out how everything fit together. The headrest wasn't included in either of the two boxes, but I didn't plan to use it anyhow. As my first mobility scooter, I don't think I could have picked a better scooter. ... show more

  • Tiny Nana(96) has independence
Style: G-Red
My 96 year old grandmother broke her hip a few months ago. She used to be fairly active for her age before that, but the break really slowed her down. I live 2 blocks down the street from her and she used to walk down often, but under the circumstances obviously she can’t anymore. She became depressed and moved around even less. She refuses to move in with me, and my tribe won’t fit in her house, so I surprised her with the scooter in case she needs to get to me for any reason. She has really perked up and visits almost daily for lunch and a bit of gossip! She aspires to drive around our quiet neighborhood and go to the corner store for a soda like she used to before she broke her hip. It has given her back a sense of the life she thought she would have to totally give up. Also, it makes her “feel like less of a burden” because she can zip down to my house for a meal instead of me “catering to her” and dropping meals off to her. (Her words, not mine!) When delivered, the box is heavy, but I managed to get it in the house by myself (42F). The scooter was easy to assemble and charge. She is a tiny woman (4’10”, 75lbs) and has only made little 4 block round trips daily for about two weeks, so the battery has almost a full charge still. Our street is bumpy with lots of potholes, so she keeps it on slow mode most of the time for safety, but the fast mode on a smooth surface (grocery store/newer street) would be fine. It has no shocks so taking a bump makes it feel very unstable. Also I would think that tall people might not have enough legroom. She is able to maneuver it easily, and the steering takes a very light touch. It meets her needs perfectly, and it was a fairly economical choice, compared to other models I priced. Having a little help to keep active has really lifted her spirits and restored her independence and dignity. Just keep in mind she is little and light, and uses the scooter less than an hour a day. If you are in a different situation with different needs, your outcome may very well be different. ... show more

  • Great price and great product.
Style: M1 Red
5 FT 8 Inch 78 year woman in need of a comfortable mobility scooter. After 3 weeks of use, I am impressed with the quality of this scooter for the price. • Heavy
Style: M1 Lite Red
Who is that woman putting the scooter in her car trunk? Mr. Universe in drag? Otherwise sturdy, speedy, stylish and reliable scooter with a nice tight turning range, although not really so great on grass--try zip ties on wheels for better traction.

  • Out of the box great!
I've added to this regarding usage experience. Separating the parts for loading is easy. Loading into our SUV goes great. The individual components are lighter and easier to load than a wheel chair. Works great, easy to maneuver. Speed control is responsive. People have commented on how easy it is to load after seeing me in the grocery store parking. Just recieved and assembled it. Super easy! Don't know about the performance yet, I'll update that after we've used it some. Notes on receiving and assembly: 1. The box is heavy. 100 pounds heavy. You may need help. You will need some sort of wheeled device to move it. (If you don't have anything, buy a two wheeler from Lowes or Home Depot. Use it this once, clean it up, and return it for refund. Just say you changed your mind.) 2. Lay the box flat on the floor. Right side up. Cut the straps and carefully cut the tape. Don't cut deep. Open the box and take out the easy stuff. Read the two page instructions. No, really read them. 3. After you take out the easy stuff, cut all 4 corners of the box to lay it flat. This will give you easy access to the rest of the parts. 4. Following the instructions, complete the assembly. Charge the battery 12 hours! If you want to move the assembled scooter look on the right rear fender. Little lever with pictures on the sticker. Move the lever forward and roll the scooter where you want to. Move the lever back to lock. 5. Clean up and dispose of the packing. Sit down with your preferred beverage and read the instruction book like I'm getting ready to. ... show more

  • Great mobility cart❣️
Style: Max Sport Grey
This is a fantastic mobility cart, very good quality and heavier than others. The maneuverability is good, the steering and throttle are ergonomic for arthritic hands. The seat is comfy and there is plenty of foot room. Easy to assemble.

  • Love it
Style: G Max Plus Purple Ry
I love my purple metro mobility scooter. The price was good for it. To use on my cruise, it was perfect for it, it went through my cabin door great. It didn’t fit in some places the shops I wanted to go into. The set needs to be more softer, it was to hard on my tail bone. Need more room to get my feet on the scooter the humps are to high that over the wheels in front. I had to use my hands to pul my legs up higher to get my feet on. The battery was great didn’t hardly use much life. Had to have my son-in-law to assemble it for me. ... show more
