This scooter has been a God send. I am having mobility issues and it allows me to get around. The turn radius is good and the wheels are heavy duty. I like how you can change the speed because there isn't a brake. You just let go of the hand "gas pedal" and it slows down to a stop. My only issue is that there is very little room for your feet. I wear an women's 8 1/2 shoe and I have to put my feet on the platform instead of flat on the scooter. But, everything else makes this scooter worth having. ... show more

This is a game changer for me. It's my "legs" .... I'm 51 & have been fighting a terminal lung disease for 3 years. My legs are just fine, but it's impossible for me to walk more than a few steps without giving out & severe oxygen drops. I haven't been able to play with my grandchildren, outside, for the last 2 years. That's changed 😊! My Vive is no wimp! It goes across my property with zero problem. Haven't felt like it's going to tip over. Feels sturdy & solid. I've used it consistently for 4 hours (at the most) and the battery held charge. It's a BIG deal to be able to play with my grandbabies! AND I can go other places without depending on someone pushing me! I do need to order the oxygen tank holder. Saving $ up for that 😊. For now, I hold my O2 tank between my knees lol Let me tell you about the seller.... Their customer service is top notch! Very friendly and understanding. At first I thought the battery wasn't holding a charge due to a blemish. They were ready to replace the cover and the battery. They, also, sent trouble shooting instructions. After trying their suggestions.... The battery not only holds the battery, it went for FOUR hours and could have gone even longer! This is such a blessing in my life! I'm, also, thankful I chose to buy it through VIVE because of their excellent customer service. If you're wondering if anyone asked me to write this review, the answer is, No. It's made such a positive difference in my life, I don't feel and not left out of so much I've missed these last few years. I recommend this to anyone with low to no mobility! I got this for my mom she’s never drove a car let alone a scooter ever. She’s never had a license to do so so she’s always depended on someone else to take her back-and-forth to the store or to the gas station to get coffee, everything. When the scooter was delivered to her house, she cried she loved it immediately, even before we got it put together, although it doesn’t have much legroom, she doesn’t complain. She’s happy that she doesn’t have to ask anyone to take her anywhere. She can get on her scooter and go, the first day she came all the way to my house about 3 miles just because she wanted to get out and in the sunshine , I have no complaints about the scooter. I’m happy with my investment the assembly was pretty easy. I did have to tighten the handlebars up several times before it stopped getting loose , I did have a little trouble getting the battery to sit properly but if you keep working with it and wiggle it around, it will sit. The only thing that I found very odd about. It is the seat so the seat just kind of drops in the hole snd that’s it so if you ever try to lift up on it by the seat, it will pull the seat completely out a place from watching videos. It’s not supposed to be this way But I cannot talk my mom into giving me the scooter back long enough to send it in to get it fixed but maybe it’s not broke maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be but to me it doesn’t seem right but I’m not the one that’s riding on it she is and she is happy so I’m happy. Arrived alot earlier than expected. It's allowed me to be able to do more activities than with a walker. It maneuvers nicely on carpet and wood floors. Love the color (dark candy apple). The 3.7/miles a hour is definitely fast enough for me. I have to turn it down to the lowest speed in the house. I'll probably turn it up faster outside. I have only had the scooter for a few days. Like everything about it, even though there could have been more feet room, between battery and foot rest. What I'd like to evaluate is service, customer & quality of parts. ... show more
