Best purchase l could have made for my elderly dad. The color is vibrant (we got the blue) its compact yet powerful to go uphill and up our incline driveway. This has helped him with his knee pain. It also charges fast and the charge last a long time. I like that it has a horn and bright led lights. The little basket in the front is nice but l would have liked it to be bigger especially since it does not have the capability to attached one to the back like a previous model we had. The speed is go as well. It arrived in a large box note you will need at least two people to carry it in. It was super quick to assemble l was able to do it by myself. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. The build quality is good and so far has been safe and easy to use for my 82 yr young dad.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Bought this for my adopted mother and this little thing is outstanding. Easy to assemble/disassemble and transport. Gets around great on any surface and turns very well. Sturdy and well balanced and charging the battery is a breeze.

Live Saving! This arrived quickly and was super easy to get set up! The shipping box was a little intimidating; but was perfectly packed to keep it protected in shipment. When I first started unpacking it I thought that it smelled of cigarette smoke. After I had it in my car for a couple of days the smell transferred to my car. I realized it was not a smell of cigarette smoke that I was smelling it was the smell of the leather seat and the rubber from the tires. The smell subsided with in a couple of days. I have joint and muscle issues as well as breathing issues requiring oxygen. My portable oxygen concentrator fits perfectly in the basket or on the deck between my feet if I need to use the basket to carry other items. This assembles and disassembles quick and easy and fits perfectly in the back of my Chevy Trax- just what I was looking for! With my issues I can easily put it together/take apart and get it in my car in less than 5 minutes. It runs at the perfect speed to get me where I need to go. It steers easily and turns well! I love the color - I got the blue- am sad that I scratched it the first time I put it in the car by dropping the seat on one of the fenders. :( May hit the auto parts store to see if I can get some touch up paint to fix my screw up! The seat is super comfortable and the adjustable arm rests are easy to adjust or leave off if I don't want to mess with them (reduces weight of the seat section) Personally I think the battery feels like weighs more than the rear section which is what they say is the heaviest part. I like that I can leave the scooter in my car and just bring the battery in to charge. I also have a power inverter in my car that I can plug the charger into and charge it in the car using the charging cord that came with it. It would be nice if it had a car charger- but this is easy enough to make do with the power inverter. Thank you for including 2 keys for it and an extra knob. I will be looking for another pin for the seat to add to the key chain that came with the extra key, just in case I lose the pin. The pin that attaches the seat takes a little getting use to as it makes the seat feel a little wobbly and unstable. Initially I felt like I was going to fall off the scooter this got better after using it and adjusting to the feel. The swivel seat is great and easy to use! One thing that I am not that impressed with is how loud the beeps are when you turn the scooter on. I was in a hospital waiting room and the sound echoed so loudly that others in the waiting room commented. I also forgot to shut it off and the alarm started sounding. It was loud enough that the people working the desk immediately thought it was an alarm in the hospital it was embarrassing and frightening. One thing that doesn't show up in the instruction book is that the constant "screaming alarm" means that it is in Neutral! I tried everything when I first set it up to figure out why it would sound the alarm as soon as it was turned on. Seriously began thinking I was going to have to figure out how to put it back in the box and ship back! It was very annoying with it screaming to try to count the "beeps" to figure out what the actual alarm was. It was just an accident that I figured out that it was in neutral. -1 star for the loudness of the alarm/beeping and the wobbly feeling seat. If you are struggling with mobility, this scooter is just what is needed to help increase mobility and allow you to get going again. I am so thankful to have it!

Purchased this for my mom who needed a way to get around without exhaustion. It was easy to put together, comfortable, and according to my mom goes fast. My husband says its a bit slow, but it is the perfect size for her, maneuvers around the house nicely.

Very pleased with our purchase...my husband uses this everyday all day...he is dependent on this to get around... product has been excellent, we are over a year using this scooter....excellent purchase and customer service is absolutely the best! No issues with our purchase but we did contact the company to ask a question and the response was quick and helpful. Our issue was resolved and it was nice to know the support and help was there if needed.

I received my scooter within 2 days of ordering-Outstanding Next, I'm a 100% disabled veteran so I had issues with installation. 1st attempt, battery was dead when I turned the key on. After charging all night, still dead. Next day, i checked all connections and found several nuts loose which may or may not been the issue. After retighting everything and another night of recharging, finally success. Company should advice customers to tighten everything upon receiving product as you won't be able to successfully recharge unit with loose connections. However, I won't hold that against Company as I successfully got scooter running myself without making that dreaded customer service call.

The media could not be loaded. Arrived quickly, looks ok, however when I power it up, it beeps very loudly and does not function. I called customer service and they said that the brake lever is defective, and they would send me a replacement lever and that I would have to replace it myself, or they would pay up to $175 to have it replaced. The closest repair place I can find it over an hour away. They did send these videos so that I could attempt to replace it myself. So instead of being able to use this device I have to wait a few more days for the part, then figure out if I will risk tearing down the drive system to replace it or take it to the shop. If there is one thing I hate it is wasting my time. Here are the 'instructional' videos they sent to help my do it myself. I will leave it up to you to decide how useful these are, in case you end up in the same situation. Like this is it, really the video they sent from their customer service. Update: ok they sent the part quickly (2 days), and recommended Mobility City for repair, and they saved the day. They had it repaired on the same day, and now it works as it should. I don't know that it could be used on anything rough, but works great on paved surfaces with me (220lbs) on it, and the actual user is only 120lbs, so I think it will work well for what we need.
