We did 4 Disney parks in 4 Days. By day 2 my bottom was so sore I sat for the other 2. Animal kingdom was the worst because of uneven pavement. I noticed other scooters had much better seats and same quality as this cart. It is a great cart. movement around the house with ease. When we got home I contacted customer support about a better seat, they suggested i get a memory foam pad, so i did great addition to the bottom but the back of seat is still uncomfortable for me. so if you are only using it once or twice i suggest renting a cart with a good seat You aren't stuck with a crappy seat wit no support the seat sucks! ... show more

Bought for my dad who recently had a stroke so is not longer able to walk independently. We took him to Vegas and walked the strip and the battery held for the entire day. It’s easy for him to operate. We did take it apart to put into the back of our minivan. It’s pretty smoke to disassemble. Advantages: safe, affordable , practical, easy to install, very simple to operate, and can be put into the trunk of an ordinary car. Disadvantages: After being disassembled, the scooter base can be put into the trunk of an ordinary car, but it is still a bit heavy for weak people. Also, because I don't know how its after-sales service is, I am a little worried. Since my 90-year-old parents were often asked about their scooters by neighbors and passers-by during the month they used it, I felt it necessary to update the relevant information. Because the price is affordable, I bought a second in one month . I also learned that the seller’s business model is to make small profits but quick turnover. So a reminder, if you are an older disabled person, you need someone to help you with after-sales maintenance and other aspects. This scooter has been a God send. I am having mobility issues and it allows me to get around. The turn radius is good and the wheels are heavy duty. I like how you can change the speed because there isn't a brake. You just let go of the hand "gas pedal" and it slows down to a stop. My only issue is that there is very little room for your feet. I wear an women's 8 1/2 shoe and I have to put my feet on the platform instead of flat on the scooter. But, everything else makes this scooter worth having. ... show more

This is a game changer for me. It's my "legs" .... I'm 51 & have been fighting a terminal lung disease for 3 years. My legs are just fine, but it's impossible for me to walk more than a few steps without giving out & severe oxygen drops. I haven't been able to play with my grandchildren, outside, for the last 2 years. That's changed 😊! My Vive is no wimp! It goes across my property with zero problem. Haven't felt like it's going to tip over. Feels sturdy & solid. I've used it consistently for 4 hours (at the most) and the battery held charge. It's a BIG deal to be able to play with my grandbabies! AND I can go other places without depending on someone pushing me! I do need to order the oxygen tank holder. Saving $ up for that 😊. For now, I hold my O2 tank between my knees lol Let me tell you about the seller.... Their customer service is top notch! Very friendly and understanding. At first I thought the battery wasn't holding a charge due to a blemish. They were ready to replace the cover and the battery. They, also, sent trouble shooting instructions. After trying their suggestions.... The battery not only holds the battery, it went for FOUR hours and could have gone even longer! This is such a blessing in my life! I'm, also, thankful I chose to buy it through VIVE because of their excellent customer service. If you're wondering if anyone asked me to write this review, the answer is, No. It's made such a positive difference in my life, I don't feel and not left out of so much I've missed these last few years. I recommend this to anyone with low to no mobility! This scooter gave me a new life, allowing me freedom to get out and about. When I first received it, the battery would nit stay charged, but the customer service was excellent and they quickly sent me a new battery. I just gone done shopping in a large mall, for several hours, I only used one green dot of battery. Not sure if that makes sense, but needless to say, it worked great.
