  • This zippy little thing checks all the boxes!
I LOVE this scooter. I've looked for a couple of years for something affordable, well built but lightweight, portable and with a longer battery life than the better known brands. It's all but perfect for my short stature and limited capabilities. The couple of extremely minor things I would change are completely situational to me. I have small, weak hand that lack normal range of motion so the bike type brake is more difficult than what is ideal for me but I can do it. The throttle is on the right side and that wrist is frozen but I've remedied that with a suicide steering wheel knob. I can pull it more like a lever than make the motion to twist the throttle. I was concerned about braking because I assumed there was no electric motor brake. To my surprise there is in fact a motor brake. If you let off the throttle the motor disengages and you slow down quickly, even at top speed, without coming to a jerking halt. Also, unlike a previous review stated, the scooter I received DOES have a wheel lock. It's part of the hand brake system. You squeeze the hand brake completely and flip the mechanism attached to keep the brake in the locked position. I cannot wait to explore all of the places I can go without wearing myself out now. I think this scooter will be perfect for everything from tooling around campgrounds to vacationing and flea market shopping trips. Side note: I recommend using caution when turning. Taking a sharp turn too fast can cause a little tippage. I tend not to go full throttle anyway so it's fine for me. EDIT: I've had the scooter for a few months now and I'm probably more in love with it than when I initially wrote the review. I've charged it maybe 5 times and I use it every time I shop or go somewhere with a lot of walking. I have yet to feel like I was going to tip as some others have complained. The tires slip a little in wet grass but I mean, they have no tread so what do you expect? Excited to take it to the Smoky Mountains in a couple of months and see how much exploring I can get in! Edit 2: It's been 2 1/2 years and many many trips to many many places. Still absolutely enamored with this scooter. It handles exploring in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for a couple of days without needing charged. I've had to replace the charger once since purchase but nothing on the scooter itself has be changed. Also I've only had to air up the front tire once in the entire time I've owned the machine. I can promise you that should this gem ever need replacing I will absolutely buy this product again without hesitation. ... show more

  • Terrific
Waited 6 months to review this scooter. It has been great and the customer service has been great and prompt unlike so many items we buy. The battery lasts a very long time before needing charge. Have taken it on airlines, cruise ships and even a train. It’s lightweight, folds up suitcase size and the battery is removable as some airlines require. It doesn’t tip unless your careless. The hardest thing is going slow enough to stay with whoever I’m with. I would highly recommend this scooter. ... show more

We just returned a 4-wheel scooter as it had the battery built-in and was too high in Wh for FAA regulations and had a poor seat (too narrow) and poor turning radius. We wanted something easy to travel with as we cruise a lot and the motorized wheelchair is too heavy for me to lift into our SUV's with my disabilities. The tri-wheel is about the lightest out there (other than $3000-4000 models). The battery is easy to remove (locked in place with a key) and charge on its own, a useful feature. There is a clear LED battery indicator, horn & headlight. You twist the right handle for speed control. Forward/reverse requires flipping a switch; inconvenient. With 3 wheels you must control your speed. Seat is wide and very comfortable, Folding/unfolding is very easy and quick, just pull/push on the seat and handlebar, nothing to remove. We have had it only for a short time but ordered a second one as we go on a cruise in a few days; the first one arrived a day early. I'll follow up post-cruise if my opinion changes. PS - we're two 6--foot 250 lb men. PS 2024-03-24 Kindle Customer posted a negative review regarding scooter stability. Yes, you do need to be more car\-wheeler. but for most people it's just a typical learning curve, like learning to ride a bicycle. You do need to approach uneven surfaces with caution and approach them head-on and not at an angle. Avoid going over things like tree roots with only one rear wheel. Lean forward when going up a steep slope. and lean back when going down. Always have a helper when using cruise ship ramps to shore. Always turn the power off when just sitting or getting on and off to avoid accidentally touching the controls. This scooter can go surprisingly fast, so watch your speed and go slow entering and exiting elevators, or in shop aisles. The advantage of a 3-wheeler is the dramatically smaller turning radius, but this does make it less stab;e than a four wheel sciiter. ... show more

  • Don't buy!!! This 3 wheel vehicle is unstable and dangerous
Do not buy this dangerous cart. It tips over at the least provocation. For example, if a ramp is not approached at a straight 90 degree angle it will start to topple on impact. If the rider happens to glance away at something and accidentally turns the cart at a sharp angle. -- even going slow as the instructions **on the console** read-- it will tip over. Furthermore, it is heavy to get out from under when it is on top of the rider. It is sturdy, it hasn't come apart yet when toppled. It's going to the trash. I wouldn't dream of donating it to some unsuspecting organization. Do not buy this for yourself or for somebody you love. Arlan Gerhardt ... show more
