What I really liked about this purchase is that it came all assembled. But now since having it I am really enjoying it. It is saving me money by not having to drive my car everywhere. It has a couple of compartments to carry stuff in. It only goes 15 miles per hour so not "road worthy", but the visibility of the scooter is very good with a nice lighting system - albeit I wished the head light were just a little bit brighter. It also has an anti-theft security system. So if you live in a community that has things close - shopping, etc. this would be a good investment. ... show more

Arrived complete in one piece except for the mirrors. Well made. I am disabled and this scooter gives me the ability to do things I wasn't able - like riding with my grandchildren when riding their bikes. Unexpected is the seat can adjust so my wife can ride with me. She and I can places together like parks, trails etc. Great value ! ... show more

When I first got this scooter I just loved it. It had good power and ran well. Now just too much later it won't charge fully and it won't keep running. I have to stop and start continuously to keep it going. Update: customer service is excellent. customer service contacted me immediately. The customer service rep was able to see it was a charger problem and sent a new one right away. Charging fine now and running great!
