Metal frame was easy to assemble. Insulated wooden pieces were cut and sized correctly. The roof is hinged with a weather resistant surface. We’ve added a warming pad for cold winter nights (on a covered porch). Black lab immediately adopted it. I highly recommend this doghouse.

I didn't think hed actually use it but he goes in there for bone time and ive trained him to go in there for storms. I padded the inside with acoustic foam and the outside with sound dampening "brick" to jazz it up a little bit. Put his favorite blanket and heating pad and he seems to like it. He goes in when theres noises he doesn't like or when he doesn't want to be bothered so i got my moneys worth. It looks better thab the old moving box with a cut out door. Lol ... show more
