  • Customer Service was frantastic!
I ordered for my 81yr old dad. He has alot of health issues, including bad knees. This scooter would help him get around the yard or ride down to get the mail. He was excited abt it, until they delivered it. I couldn’t get the help needed to get the scooter off the pallet for a few days. I guess the longer it was there for him to look at and to read the instruction manual the worried abt it he got. So when I did get there, he had changed his mind and told me to send it back. That was upsetting to me because he wouldn’t even give it a try. I still think it would’ve worked out for him if he would’ve just tried it but once his mind was made up, there was no changing it. It worried him for some reason. I sent a message through Amazon to Spinlife. They emailed me almost immediately with instructions. The people at Spinlife was great! They was so understanding. I worried I was going to hav to figure out how to get freight to come pick it up. They made the arrangements and they were there by the end of the week to get! I was so thankful. Even though we wasnt able to try it out, it’s still a very nice sturdy looking scooter. I just hated it wasn’t meant for us! Yes, we had to eat the cost of the return but that’s just how it is. :) ... show more

  • New set of wheels
Our community worked together to raise funds to get the man a scooter. We are a rural community and this scooter allows him to navigate roads and get to other locations more easily. Prior to this he used a manual wheelchair. Now he is able to get to all the places he needs to go and can be more independent. ... show more

  • Terrible warranty, customer service and batteries
I bought mine about a year ago, I paid extra for white glove delivery and removal of all packaging/shipping materials. But when the delivery came he said he has to leave in on the curb! Which was not a real problem other than paying extra. But I convinced him to lend a hand and take away all the crap, then gave him a tip if $20. But it only took 17 weeks to kill the batteries covered for 16! That’s right I called about the charger cooking the batteries, expecting to be replaced under the advertised 1 year comprehensive warranty? But that’s when I was told that the batteries are only covered for 4 mo. But they would be glad to sell me 4 new chinese replacements for $460!!! Including a new chinese junk charger! But I knew that was going to be a mistake. So instead I bought American made Dakota Lithium Batteries with an 11 year warranty! That cost me three times more, but are fabulous batteries! That power the scooter better than ever! I’ve gone 40 miles between charges in a test! But the biggest issue I have is the awful turning radius of 12’! That would really trouble some folks. So the scooter with better batteries runs great in wide open areas and trails that have wide corners. ... show more

  • Best mobility scooter
This scooter has allowed me a new freedom! I am unable to walk as my distance at all, which leaves me limited in a very amenable community with lots of resources for seniors. This scooter has enabled me to get everywhere I want and need to go. The only inconvenience is the wide turning radius in the grocery store! Buy it! You will love it! ... show more

  • Do Not Buy
DO NOT BUY I bought this scooter for my Dad. At first it ran nice, I tried it out myself, it charged up great. AND THEN the charge started going down, it would not charge. I contacted the seller who referred me to the E-Wheels representative. They wanted to charge me $100 for a new charger which should cost between $10-$20. I think that is price gouging in its purest form. E-Wheels buys these scooters from China for about $800 and then sell them for about $2500. They could surely stand behind their product better than this. My next review will be on FB and it will be seen. ... show more
