Driven once to see how it works so I could teach mother who the scooter was ordered for. She is unable to use it due to the lack of support ( no seat belt and not enough foot support).

This scooter goes pretty fast at its highest setting, way faster than the supermarket ride on carts. Just be aware that you will use more battery power at top speed than at lower speed settings. I recommend this scooter for anyone in need of this type of mobility product. I have problems walking long distances due to levoscoliosis, hip dysplasia and lower back issues. It's a bit heavier than I'd like for one person to load into a hatchback or similar vehicle. It has come in handy getting my parent from vehicle to house after hospital stay. Scooter came well packaged and protected from possible damage during shipping. Directions were easy to follow. Have yet to use it, but have it charged and ready to go. Love the fact that the arm rest width is adjustable.
