I got the biggest one, and it is big, heavy and well crafted. Installation prep for my use took a bit on my part to properly mount and support. Luckily had three neighbors to help set it in and hold in place while while I bolted it all up. Two could have done it, but three enjoying 5 minutes of work for an hour afterwards complementing ourselves was nice too. So, instructions were fairly straight forward and it is up to you to ensure the mounting location can support. Set up and syncing the remote control equally straight forward. Best was the service and help. I know right, but there was a safety latch that had to be pulled to unlock it and they were FAST to answer and help. Then I needed to re-pair the remote and misplaced the instructions... and they were FAST to answer, help and send. Then I have to tell you they reached out to me a week later to see if all was well and did I have any issues. When have you ever had that happen from a product service point of view? So, works great, solar powered electric open and close, remote works great. And it's shady by the pool, so it is worth it to me.

We’ve added two of these awnings to our home and have a third on the way. That’s how much we love them. They’ve completely transformed how we use our outdoor space. They open and close with the press of a button, and the fact that they’re fully solar-powered means no wires, no electrical work, and no visual clutter. The design is sleek and modern, and the blackout shade makes a huge difference. Underneath, it stays noticeably cooler, even during peak sun. One of my favorite features is the built-in wind sensor. If a storm rolls in and we’ve forgotten to close the awning, it takes care of it automatically. That peace of mind alone makes it worth it. Customer support has also been amazing. I had a couple of questions about the install, and they got back to me right away with clear, helpful answers. If you’re looking to create more comfort and style outdoors, this is hands down one of the best upgrades we’ve made.

The awning looks to be a nice heavy weight material and frame I did not get to put it up because when I open the manual to read it it said it must be mounted in concrete wall or brick. It must also be mounted above 115 inches. Neither of those facts are on this website. I sent mine back.

Initially, company sent me what appeared to be a used or refurbished awning. After install, everything seemed great but after a few uses, the awning is now stuck open and the motor seems broken. I can't get it to close manually either. I'm still waiting for help from the company. Might need to pursue getting my money back at this point. Went through the mounting process on the outside of my house for nothing it looks like and need to think about repairing the holes. Update: The company has reached out to send a replacement. I will provide an update after review of the replacement.
