Update: the seller have apologize for the factory defect and have fully refunded me, as well as shipping me a new unit, which will not fail their personal guarantee , and was very patient with the situation and Courteous. Update: now the light won’t shutoff it just keep getting worse with this company’s product. I received my brano hood dented. my handy man took out my old range hood when he went to install it took it out the box and it was dented, I had to install it as it is cause flyes and mosquitoes were getting in through the exterior vent duct which was wide open, top of the missing filter.     • Great upgrade to an old hood!
My range hood was ancient, loud, and filthy. I was really excited to get this installed. My husband and I did it together, it will take 2 people, one to help hold it in place. My husband has plenty of tools, screws, etc and is pretty handy. He swapped everything with stuff that he had on hand and wanted to use. It wasn't difficult for him, I just assisted. The suction is awesome, and so much quieter than my old hood fan. The voice controls are a bit finicky and I don't really use them. I like the gesture controls when my hands are dirty. And I really love the dimmable light feature. It uses 24 hour time on the clock which isn't an issue for us because that's what we use on all of our devices anyway. ... show more
