Great for the price!
Wanted a bench for our home gym, preferably adjustable so that I could maximize it's use in our small space, but without breaking the bank. Knew sort of what level of quality I would be looking at in my price range and this met my expectations and suits our little gym perfectly. Very easy to put together. It wobbles a little when you first sit on it after moving it or adjusting it, but it settles in position once you sit (no more of a wobble than I have experienced on adjustable benches at the big gyms). We hardly ever fold it up since it resides in our fitness space, but from the times I have done it, it was easy enough. We don't lift super heavy (40 lb dumbbells at most) so we aren't working near the max weight labeled, I can't say how it does under heavier weight. We do use it at nearly every notch from decline, flat to incline, so it has been tested through it's full range of motion. It is holding up well for the amount of use we use it for which is daily. Overall, for the price it is a nice bench!

Cheap build but gets the job done.

Not a bad inexpensive option, I'm pleased. Stows a little awkwardly and I didn't see a way to lock it upright but seems fine. Pretty sure the padded bench sections are just MDF... seems totally ok if keeping weight supported by the metal structure, but I felt some give when I sat on just the edge briefly, feels like the threaded inserts could rip out of the 'wood'... don't let your kids jump around on it I guess.

Sturdy, adjustable and safe

It is easy to assemble and holds weight well, I can fold it up and save space when I am done, the size fits my home gym well! The base is very sturdy and stable, I can enjoy the workout time after busy work! Really like it.

This is not a bad bench but due to the way it was designed it leaves so much to be desired. The bench isn't big nor small but it very lightweight. Even with the screws installed completely, the bench still wiggles a bit. The frame does feel a bit shorter than traditional benches. The leg lift is atrocious as it doesn't let you easily dial it in the way you desire. You must always unscrew the bolt attaching the leg lift when you are trying to customize the position. The height preacher curl rack moves even when stable and screwed are secured. Why not attach a bar so we can use the Height preacher curl as an actual curl mechanic? The tools used to screw in the bolts left my hands incredibly damaged. Hate to be a debbie downer but again the leg lift is not comfortable to use. It feels as if it will come loose in no time. Just doesn't feel that stable or connected. All in all I would not recommend this bench. I am still deciding if I would like to return it. Just don't want to go through the ordeal of taking it apart. Update* Two screws were not completely tight. Now that I have gotten them tight the bench does not wiggle like it did prior. I would still only buy this if I was using it for bench press only.

I really like this product!
I shopped hard for several days for the workout home gym bench for my work outs plan. Great workout bench for the price. Easy to assemble and put it together. and have been using several days without any issues. Pros: 1,Light weight and easy to move around 2,330lb weight maximum 3,Smaller than other benches but still long enough 4,Simple Assembly, folds for easy storage 5,Has the seven positions for the upper portion, please also note the seat couldn't adjustable. 6,Pad has a good firmness to it. 7,Price The weight bench is good in everything except the flaw that i don't know how to use it without dumbbells, and it has a mild wobble with very heavy weights but it's acceptable. Overall, both i and my husband love it. Well worth the money.

Decent price&love the various adjustable BUT doesn't go completely "flat"-close to but not fully:(
I am revising my review because I had someone from Yoleo reach out to me that I was Misunderstood about the weight capacity & a link for their new Version w/ higher weight capacity which I appreciate however I tried to call & txt # back but I guess it’s a # that you can’t respond to. I went under return in amazon for them to contact seller to return this bench & get the 550lbs bench instead (because this one goes completely flat & this bench (330lbs) one does not (which it is not clearly stated in description). Will update this review if and when I can get this seller to contact me so I can return this bench & purchase the 550lb bench instead as it does say 100% unconditional refund if not satisfied. I am a consistent amazon buyer & when companies stand by their word I make sure to buy future Purchases from them rather than going with a diff company even if I find a similar item for a lower price. Good customer service that stands by their word is #1 !! My original review below in home personal trainer so I love how this didn't break my bank & also I need to constantly conserve as much space as I possibly can so the fact that it folds up helps a lot. My fiancé assembled this in less than 10 min!! The only problem I have is that even though it says it adjusts to a completely "flat" bench it actually doesn't go completely flat. There's a level that either makes it a little above being completely flat or the next level below that makes it feel as if your a little less that completely flat-I just don't understand how they made such flaw in this way. It doesn't make me still not enjoy this bench but I feel like theres certain exercises that feel awkward to do without the bench being 100% flat! Don't get me wrong it took me forever to find a bench with this many levels that also say that it holds over 500lbs (I have a client who weighs over 300lbs then when using weights on top of that you better be sure to have a bench thats study enough without the fear of it collapsing. Surprisingly a lot of benches said their max limit was 300lbs (I was shocked at that as you think theres tons of people who are using very heavy weights & lets be real a lot of people especially bodybuilders are going to need over a 300lb weight limit so bonus with the aspect. One other negative and it seems like a lot of benches are like this-the bench width seems so small even for me a 5'4" 128lb chick! I would have loved for this to be wider (a lot of the wider benches I found had a lower weight limit capacity so it was one or the other). I'd love to have both!
