This is perfect for size for the small area in my basement for a quick workout when I can’t make it to the gym. It is really sturdy and I love that you can do preacher curls and leg exercises with it. The directions were very easy to understand and was very easy to put together!!!

This YOLEO 6 in 1 weight bench has exceeded all my expectations. It is very solid, comfortable and versatile. I use it to do bench press, squats, abdominals, and other exercises without any problem. You can see that it is made with quality materials. I love that it can be adjusted in different positions and folds easily, which is ideal if you don't have much space at home. The assembly was quick and the instructions were clear. In addition, the squat shelf is a great extra that not many benches bring. Set up was easy did in about 1 hour for just one person. Quality is nice especially for price my only concern is when on the tallest setting it's a little wobbly othe then that really nice. You can also use as a squat rack just be careful. I'm 5 9 and fit well on the thing but I could see that a 6 foot plus dude or woman might have trouble fitting and being comfortable. This 6 in 1 weight bench is just perfect for my family’s needs. My son was able to set it up by himself very quickly. It is sturdy and appears to be well built. This is perfect for a beginner weight bench but strong enough to support quite a lot of weight. Be mindful when ordering your weights-we ordered a 2” barbell with 2” openings in the weights and the leg press on this bench is made for 1”. They knock back and forth when doing the lifts so we might need to figure out a fix for that. I especially love the feature where the bench can fold up out of the way for a smaller footprint when not in use. ... show more

This is not a bad bench but due to the way it was designed it leaves so much to be desired. The bench isn't big nor small but it very lightweight. Even with the screws installed completely, the bench still wiggles a bit. The frame does feel a bit shorter than traditional benches. The leg lift is atrocious as it doesn't let you easily dial it in the way you desire. You must always unscrew the bolt attaching the leg lift when you are trying to customize the position. The height preacher curl rack moves even when stable and screwed are secured. Why not attach a bar so we can use the Height preacher curl as an actual curl mechanic? The tools used to screw in the bolts left my hands incredibly damaged. Hate to be a debbie downer but again the leg lift is not comfortable to use. It feels as if it will come loose in no time. Just doesn't feel that stable or connected. All in all I would not recommend this bench. I am still deciding if I would like to return it. Just don't want to go through the ordeal of taking it apart. Update* Two screws were not completely tight. Now that I have gotten them tight the bench does not wiggle like it did prior. I would still only buy this if I was using it for bench press only. ... show more

Pretty easy to assemble, I had only one issue with one fitting which I used my intuition and made an adjustment with my trusty hammer. It's pretty lightweight which makes it easy to move it around Its pretty stable and it fits perfectly in the space I envisioned it in My only complaint is that I wish it had a rack for the curl bar at the foot of the bench where the arm rest is located ... show more
