Set up was easy did in about 1 hour for just one person. Quality is nice especially for price my only concern is when on the tallest setting it's a little wobbly othe then that really nice. You can also use as a squat rack just be careful. I'm 5 9 and fit well on the thing but I could see that a 6 foot plus dude or woman might have trouble fitting and being comfortable. Width of bar does not fit a normal human. This thing is for a kid or 5 foot person. Trying to return this product and the vendor stated I am responsible for return shipping. This is due “my personal preference” with the equipment to small. Arm width when bench pressing is unsafe due to pinch points being created where you need to grab the bar. ... show more
