The company site does not even show that they sell these canopies. There are no included directions so be prepared to watch the video that you can find by scrolling past the item info. The video is incomplete and misses a step. The video assembly looks easy on video because it's lying flat not on the side of a wall. While putting together my husband was on a ladder and one of the arms broke sending it out and nearly missing him. He thinks he can fix it if they will replace the broken piece. Installed this on the front of my mower shop. Took me and my friend less than a hour to install it! Instructions are ok but I watch a video on YouTube on how to install it and everything worked out great. I like the fact that it is very durable and easy to install and also the hand crank

WORST ITEM I have ever bought!!! Super weak arms, Broke with a light wind. See before and after photos. Manufacturer does not give warranty. Awning came with a damage arm an only received a partial refund. Now a week later after installed a light wind broke both arms.
