This coat is comfortable, flattering and warm even without the heating. The heating works okay but the heat coils are only on top by upper chest and upper back. It would be nice if there was some on the lower back. The Indigo color is really purple but I love purple so that's okay with me. I'm 5'6" tall, 105 lbs and the Small fits perfectly.

I live in Chicago, so sub zero temps are unfortunately part of winter life... And this jacket keeps me warm with or without the heating option! The length of it is perfect so you don't get the wind blowing up your jacket, and I love the little glove options so that no snow or wind can get up your sleeves! It's the parts of my body that the jacket doesn't cover, that's cold! Either way, I did have an issue with the heating button turning on and off randomly... I reached out to customer service, and I think I might have been past my allotted return date, but they were still very accommodating and shipped me out a new one with no hassle. I'm very happy with how they resolved my issues, they were very accommodating and responsive! I'm an actual reviewer btw! I'd recommend this jacket and company!

I love this coat, but to be fair this coat has a slender fit. I am 5’9” and weigh 120 the small fits me snug so be aware of the petite sizing. With that said, you can feel the warmth. Lasts multiple hours on high. Use it at outdoor sporting events and it is clutch. I would shorten battery life to 3 hours on high, 5 hours on medium.

This jacket is absolute trash. Bought it Feb 2022 for my wife as a gift. Does not heat well, battery does not last. Drains even if jacket is off. Bought a better battery and that helped a little with battery life but the heat element still doesn't work well. That's not even the worst part. The zippers (all of the zippers) get caught on the jacket fabric more often than not. Sometimes they don't work even not getting caught. Can access pockets it take the jacket off without climbing out of it half the time.
