There are no included directions so be prepared to watch the video that you can find by scrolling past the item info. The video is incomplete and misses a step. The video assembly looks easy on video because it's lying flat not on the side of a wall. While putting together my husband was on a ladder and one of the arms broke sending it out and nearly missing him. He thinks he can fix it if they will replace the broken piece. Fingers crossed that customer service is responsive and supportive.

Installed this on the front of my mower shop. Took me and my friend less than a hour to install it! Instructions are ok but I watch a video on YouTube on how to install it and everything worked out great. I like the fact that it is very durable and easy to install and also the hand crank

They only provide hardware to mount to a concrete wall. Who has a house made out of concrete.You will need a contractor or handyman to install

These were assembled on dining room table by myself , I’m 87 years old and had absolutely no issues with instructions. Installed wall brackets and needed help putting them into brackets . Great quality . Easy to crank out and in. Recommend highly .
