I bought this case mainly because I wanted to keep my laptop elevated at an angle. Keeping your laptop on a flat surface reduces circulation and will wear it out quicker. It fits my laptop perfectly and the carrying strap is handy. The little bag to hold my charger and stuff is great too. Overall for the price this can't be beat. However, I have noticed that the stand to keep my laptop elevated is losing its strength. It's been about 2-3 months and it's noticeably less sturdy. We'll see what happens in the next few months, because if it doesn't hold my laptop up at all then that defeats my entire purpose of buying this case in the first place. ... show more

I was a little hesitant because of reviews saying their laptop slipped/wouldn’t stay on, but I think they weren’t creating the platform correctly so I added a video of how to correctly make it as it’s not super intuitive. The description said 15”-16” but sadly my 16” gaming laptop does not fit, however it is much thicker than most. I managed to almost get it in but the flap won’t go over and it’s a struggle to get it out. I very much wish it did as I liked the features and look of this A LOT so I do recommend at least trying it out! The elevation, look, and mouse pad are great! ... show more

The stand folding is fine, the problem is, as others have said, the magnets are not sufficient to hold the device up on the stand.
