I have low level hearing issues, and can’t hear people from a distance, or when they are mumbling or talking in a low voice. These sound amplifiers allow me to hear those low level sounds again, and last all day easily. They are comfortable, and by far the best I’ve had. The one drawback is the squealing sound when you put them in even one at a time, but that’s only a very minor inconvenience, and even worse with a bunch of the other products out there that aren’t even as good as these.

I bought this product with high hopes, given its features and reasonably positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been less than satisfactory, primarily due to a persistent hissing noise on the right side. On the positive side the product fits comfortably and comes with accessories to fit different size ears. It is easy to use and since I have only had it a few days I cannot attest to the battery. On the negative side the right piece has a constant hissing noise the does not go away. The volume of the noise changes as the volume of the earpiece is adjusted but it is persistent and renders the right side unusable. It's disappointing to encounter such a flaw in an otherwise well-designed product. I hope the manufacturer addresses this issue in future updates or models. For now, I would not recommend this hearing aid, especially for those who rely on clear and balanced sound for daily use.

Bought this for my mother and she loves these hearing aids, she can hear better with these than she can with her 5,000.00 hearing aids. Also the size is very conservative and they are comfortable for her. I can now speak to my mother in a regular tone and not feel bad for yelling at her so that she can hear me. Best purchase ever and happy with the price. Awesome quality and the fact that they are rechargeable is awesome.

I bought this item based on the 4.7 review rating which was higher than similar items. I come to find out that the reviews also include reviews for some record albums that the company also sells so that the 4.7 is totally meaningless! My initial impression of the product is that it is simply an amplifier that amplifies background noise too. It doesn't fit well and if you don't put it in just perfect (hard to do) it will emit a high pitched squeel that will drive you crazy. Keep looking.
