We really like the multiple exercises that could be done with this equipment. I think it is decent value for what is included. We loved that each step of assembly was numbered with its own bag. That made it pretty easy to assemble. Our only downfall with this product was the weights we already had do not fit for the leg lift and lay pull down. Overall Great product!

It took me 30 minutes to assemble. The instruction is clear and the parts are well labeled. The package for parts is broken during shipping but fortunately nothing is missed. The 2 plastic end caps of the backseat holding rod are both broken during shipping. Not a big deal. What impressed me the most is how stable it is. No wobble at all! It’s heavy for a good reason and there are wheels so moving it around is not difficult. Regarding the functionality, you need to remove the preacher pad to do leg curl or full range leg extension. Not a big deal because you can simply pull the knob to get the preacher pad removed. However, to allow for full range preacher curl, you need remove the roller cushion for leg curl which is inconvenient because the end cap is super tight. For this reason I don’t install the end cap of that specific roller. Besides, the preacher pad could be a little wider compared to gym equipment but to me it’s wide enough. The bench itself is maybe half inch taller than my previous bench, so my feets cannot push the ground as hard when I do bench press. I’m 5’9 so if you are shorter, your bench press might be limited to no-leg variation. Overall I like its stability and versatility , especially for such a low price!

Preacher curl attachment sits wobbly even when tightened. I slipped a shim into one side for sturdiness. Leg extension and curl range of motion is terrible and not smooth at all. Very girly jerky motion. The actual bench has a good pad on it and great incline and decline range of motion/settings. Only using mine for the bench and preacher curls. Bought a separate leg extension/curl machine on Amazon.

Only complaint is the preacher setup is basically useless with where it sets relative to the hamstring curl bar. Still nice for the price.
