I absolutely love this umbrella. I purchased the 10 foot in gray. It’s the perfect size for our patio table. I bought this to replace a 3 tier umbrella that had broken and this far exceeds the quality of our old one and it is at a much better price point than many others I’ve seen.

Other reviews are correct about the color - it's not burgundy at all, it's a vivid red. But beautiful! Looks a little Asian when not so widely open, like the roof of a pagoda. It even looks great collapsed! Like 3 skirts one on top of another. It's very windy and breezy all the time in our coastal town, and the umbrella, with its multiple vents, hardly even ruffles! Just stands there looking beautiful! I haven't tested it in stormy winds yet - I've been afraid to leave it up, after the wind completely destroyed my last umbrella, which was pretty heavy and sturdy. But the way the wind just flows right thru it, I think it'll do fine. Highly recommend. (Wish it really came in burgundy, though) ;). It's a keeper, anyway!

We live in a windy area and the deck is about 12 feet off the ground, so we have gone through pretty many umbrellas over the years. This one seems a bit less sturdy than some we’ve had, and the small size of the top vent makes me nervous when it gets breezy. If the wind blows when it’s up, it gets knocked around a lot and makes creaky noises that persuade me to crank it down and tie it up right away. This is because we have lost a couple umbrellas in the past to sudden gusts of wind, and I just don’t want to take chances anymore. My teenage daughter and I love the color, and the tilt feature—we don’t know how we got along without that feature all these years! It’s easy to use, and allows you to angle the umbrella to provide maximum shade no matter what time of day it is. I can see some light through it, but the darkish color seems to help block the sun pretty well overall. The tie straps are very simple, but very quick and easy to use when a storm is approaching and you have to protect things quickly. And when they are knotted, they are easy to untie when it’s time to raise the umbrella. Summer is coming to a close, but it still looks just like when it was new—no fading or damage. I would probably buy the same type again, unless I win the lottery and can afford a super heavy-duty one!

Love this umbrella! It not only looks great but it so easy to set up. I did however have a slight problem with the umbrella after a couple of months. I just want to make sure everyone knows that the customer service was absolutely wonderful! I was treated with respect, kindness and understanding. My problem was quickly remedied and I felt assured that my satisfaction was their goal. I can honestly say that this was by far the best customer service I have ever encountered. Please do not hesitate to buy this product, or any product from this company. Happy customer!!

Easy to assemble (just one lower pole that snaps into the base) and appears well made. I am using it with a square patio table and it provides plenty of shade when opened. Highly recommend!

Very nice, quality built, but not wind proof! Opened it on a day when we had 20 mph gust and it blow the the umbrella and the table over, no damage to either one but use caution when breezy.
