Nice & sturdy bench with great support on both sides. Can be used for flat & incline presses. There’s a foot attachment for sit ups & this can used for other exercises for arms, shoulders & back. It seems well made with decent price.

once together this item seems solid and works well i did have a problem with one of the parts but the seller responded quickly with a replacement part that solved the problem

This machine is solid, and a great value for the price. You can spend $10 to get standard to Olympic adapters. My only issue with it is the starting position is very low; it forces your shoulders into an uncomfortable position at the beginning. Not sure I would be comfortable going very heavy.

The start and end position of the motion is way to low. It’s almost impossible to get my arms underneath it to start. I have to roll under one at a time and it’s a lot of shoulder pressure pushing from so far down. Im a small person so if you’re bigger no way it’s happening for you.
