The media could not be loaded. This has been a great addition to my home gym! I have a decent home gym but I missed the hamstring and quad isolation I would get from machines at the gym. The price of this bench gave me doubts about how effective this would be but I was willing to give it a try. This bench ended up exceeding my expectations! I have a good, heavy incline bench that I paid good money for that has served me well. While this not the same kind of bench and not the same quality, it is well designed and performs very well! This bench weighs only about 20 lbs but it is very stable! I have had no issues while using it. To set expectations, this does not perform like a cable-pulley based machine. While range of motion on leg extensions is good, it is limited on hamstring curls. That said, it does have a lot to offer. I’m 6’4” 210#s, and it accommodates me well. I can perform leg extensions well. Ideally I could use a couple more inches of clearance but it works well enough. Hamstring curls (see picture) are a limited range of motion. But I am able to to get a good enough engagement to make it worth it and better than if I didn’t have the bench. The bench is also stable for dumbbell bench press and skullcrushers. If I lay flat on the bench there is a slight wiggle. But once I have the dumbbells in hand, no wiggle and no worries about stability. It takes standard 1” weights, and 6-7 plates can fit on the weight peg. I’ve loaded 100#s on it. Depending on your weights and sizes, 200#s seems feasible. It took a little over 30 minutes to assemble, good instructions and all necessary tools included. I thought it was missing a bolt but it was in the second parts bag. Since the bench is so light, I find is easy to lift and move along as needed. I had planned to hang this on the wall via a mount for storage. However, it is still quite sizeable and I ended up having to a spot in the corner to store it. In conclusion, while this bench has a couple of limitations, it offers me much more to make up for it. Specifically able to isolate quads and hamstrings wirh easy setup. All this for about $100 makes this a excellent value in my opinion! ... show more

What I like about this product is that it was easy to assemble, it did not take me very long at all. I also like how well built it is, it's seems very durable. I weigh 170lbs and I put 220lbs of weight on the bench with myself. The bench felt very secure and carried the weight no problem. The red and black color goes well together. The padding on the bench is good, comfortable firm. I also enjoyed the various workouts your able to do. The reason I give this product four stars instead of five is only because of the bands. It's a great concept and does have some benefits but I don't feel they are 100% effective based on the setup. ... show more

I recently ordered the FRITTON 800 LB Stable Weight Bench Press for my home gym and I have been blown away by its quality. The first thing that caught my attention was the strength and comfort. This comes in lots of pieces. To many for what it is. After assembling this bench I realize I still don’t have a holder for my curl bar the reason I wanted it in the first place. The leg lift is simply not strong enough to hold the weight I would require to get a leg workout. I would not put more than 45lbs on it. Instructions seemed ok as I got it together but honestly I think the translation from Chinese to English was poor. I think all the stuff on the end either needs to be functional or it should not be on there. Just get a flat bench or buy something that offers more functionality in one set. ... show more

Like many, I'm expanding my home workout equipment, and I'm completely happy with this new addition. I had a simple bench for dumbbell and free weight exercises, but really wanted to have the options of quad extensions and hamstring curls. The extensive variety of positioning, the easily removable wrist plate, and the resistance cords as frosting on the cake, all make this a real bargain and offer so much potential. I doubt I'll ever outgrow this bench for my home workouts. It's heavy enough to also connect resistance bands for standing workouts, but it is so easy for one person to move it around with the wheels. Total weight of the bench is very manageable. It came in a very compact box weighing just over 50 pounds, and was a snap to assemble. Very excited to have this, every time I look at it I feel motivated. That's the best kind of equipment to have.
