Instructions to assemble seem straight forward. However, the parts are tricky. Some of the bolts look alike except a slight size difference. Problem is that the bolts are all in a bag and not differentiated. You have to look at them and figure out which is which. Some are easy but some are only slightly different. I was able to assemble in a hour but again most of the time it seems like I was staring at the parts trying to figure out which is which. For the most part, the bench seems well made and seems to be able to handle a good amount of weight. The padding on the bench itself seems sufficient and comfortable. It seems easy to adjust the bench after a few trials and errors. It comes with two straps with rings so you can clip the bands to at the foot end. It seems like they should have made a built in ring onto the foot to clip the bands to like you can on the Head end. It comes with a clip to hold your plate weights. Just need to find plate weights that fit onto this bench. Overall seems like a good bench that offers a variety of workout options.

A home gym must have! Weight bench is great for tons of different types of workouts. It’s easily adjustable too. Very sturdy, can hold a ton of weight. Great addition to my home gym. Great quality bench, better than some benches ive seen at the gym.

Well, it took me a while (2 days), but I finally assemble training workout benches! The instructions were a bit confusing to me, but eventually I figured it out. Moving forward, I like the adjustable back component with the headboard-allowing for different positions and comfort. Next, the leg extension along with the gear adjustment to shift the weight and target different muscle areas is awesome. The wheels make it really easy for me to move from and not pull a muscle trying to find that perfect workout location. Also, the detectable wrist plate makes my resistance strength training complete. Finally, while it doesn't replace my gym membership, it certainly fills the gaps on those days when I simply refuse to drive.

I admit it! Paying for a gym membership is not the same as going to the gym. But by the time I get ready and drive there, I have used up too much time, and that is not effective scheduling. Having a gym at home helps me get the workout I want and eliminates the commute. It doesn't do a million things like you can do at the gym, but it does all you need it to do to get a really good all-around workout. The thing is decently durable, which is great because we are on the larger side. I especially love how you can adjust the settings to accommodate all the guys here who range drastically in height and weight. We have a dedicated place for this, but the wheels make it convenient when we need to move it. You can make multiple configurations of this one system, and it is more than enough to keep us active without losing so much time on transportation. Now my commute is just across the house. If that helps me stay active, I'm all for it.

I picked up the FRITTON Weight Bench Press, Strength Training Workout Benches for Home Gym to give working out at home a try, since I'm usually home from work at insane hours and a gym unfortunately doesn't work with my schedule. I'm so glad I did. This bench is easy to assemble and is able to adjust to your workout needs. I was able to get a full body workout with a few free weights, a couple of dumbbells, and the tension ropes provided. It's far less expensive than a gym. Est of all, it's not enormous. I was able to put it into a small available space and it can easily be moved. Now, don't get me wrong, easily moved, yes, but it's also sturdy so you don't have to worry about it buckling while exercising. Great purchase!!
