Great bench. Pad feels nice like a commercial gym. Light weight to pick up and move but very sturdy. Feels very stable under me for everything I’ve used it for from free weights to core stuff. I’m 6’2” 200lbs

Sturdy, easily assembled, adjustable height
Great workout bench. Very sturdy, long (to support your head: previously I was using a piano bench, which couldn't do that), and easy to assemble (I found it easy to assemble alone, taking just a few minutes, even though the booklet said that at least two people were needed). It was packaged well. It's also easy to adjust, using the spring bolts, and the bolts are also threaded, so you can lock them in place for maximum safety. The seat can easily be collapsed for storage, and it's also easy to adjust the seat height. Note that it is possible to attach the legs to the wrong ends, which will result in their feet meeting the floor at an angle, but it's easy to swap them (the instructions did not point out that each foot must be attached to a specific end).

Good value and doesnt take up much space.
I have a home-garage gym with limited space. I already have a larger incline/flat bench that is much heavier and harder to move around. This bench is just what i needed, it is plenty sturdy for what we do. It folds up easy and can be put out of the way. At its highest setting it does wobble a bit but the lower settings are fine. It came well packaged and almost fully assembled. A good extra bench that allows more than 1 person to lift at the same time. Very reasonable price.

Wide base foot support, confident to place yourself on without feeling you'll miss your mark
Easy to ensemble for one person to do. Easy to move, but very stable and sturdy - feet support balance well upon sitting. House or apartment right size. Also wide enough to feel good balance, and if cannot see the placement of your bottom while approaching the sit, you won't feel as if you are going to miss your mark. Wide enough for support yet free enough on either side to use your weight with proper shoulder movement. 5'4 female beginner use.
