Come as you are. * I've been able to find a lot more workouts I can do with this bench. * The metal and padding seem to be nice and thick and really hiqh quality material that will last a long time. * Not only does this hold my weight but it holds my dads who is about 250 pounds, with no problems. Cons * The only con I can think of is I wish I had purchased this sooner.

Sturdiness is really awesome as it says in the description. Functionality looks very smooth while setting different parameters for different sets. Width of the seat looks very comfortable while working out it hits right where it needs to be. I would highly recommend this product due to the slip resistant feature. This product will definitely be helping me build my physique as I wanted it to be build.If you are looking for a safer product I would definitely recommend you to buy this sturdy bench.

Moderately stable except for one critically bad design flaw. The seat is horribly unstable and felt like it was going to break by simply sitting on it. The problem lies in the fact that it sits on a single long piece of metal, thus giving it no side to side support at all. This thing is supposed to hold 1200 lbs, but can barely hold 200 lbs. Do not buy this product!

Im 5'8" and when i sit on it to do crunches my butt slides off the front seat into he crack. Its good construction and easy to assemble but the guy in the picture must be under 5' tall. My head comes over the bench sitting on it.
