So far so good. Fast delivery. Quality seems good. The 11 inch rack that comes with it sits on an inside lip halfway down -designed for cooking meals, so I have a 9 inch stainless rack to place underneath the jars and keep them off the bottom. Got the sticker off with soaking in soapy water then rubbing with peanut butter. Bought this one for pressure canning only. I already have a hot water bath canner . I have an induction stove with a 50# limit. I have a heavy duty all American pressure canner I can use outside but not on my stove. This one weighs 45# fully loaded. The 12 quart weighs about 55# fully loaded, so I went with the 11 quart. The top weight included should be able to jiggle with 15# of pressure, which is what I need for canning.
