In love with this rug. Appreciated its look from the photos and was extremely happy when it arrived because it looked like the photos. The black border helps the rug to look more refined and less rustic than if it didn’t have the border. The rug is not a soft to touch rug at all - its rustic appeal can be felt through the natural fibers. Installed the rug in my office/flex space. The 8x10 was a great size and much larger than I was expecting for my room but it fit perfectly. Desk chairs moved across it easily. Rolled out flat immediately. I did wonder why they didn’t roll the rug up inside out to make unrolling easier but maybe I’m doing something wrong. It was easy enough to flip the rug around. I won’t be wearing outside shoes on the rug so it will be interesting to see how it picks up dirt and how simple it is to remove it. Overall, good value. ... show more

This rug is absolutely beautiful — the natural texture adds warmth and character to the room. I’m using the 11x15 size, and it really grounds the space. As with all natural fiber rugs, it takes a little patience to unroll and flatten, but once it settles, it looks stunning. One corner had the dye slightly off, and since I had it shipped to an out island in the Bahamas, I couldn’t return it. I would say that I love this rug. However, it looked used when I opened it. Unfortunately I ordered this a few months before I needed it. I kept it in the original packaging with only peeking at it to make sure it was the correct rug, which it was. Once I opened it, I noticed that it has a large stain across one side but I am outside of the return window and it doesn’t look like I can do anything about it. It looks and smells like pet urine, but it could just be a water stain. It was stored in a cool, dry room in my house and I do not have an indoor pet. It covers the entire 9 foot side, even though this photo doesn’t show it well. So disappointed because I know I would love this rug otherwise. ... show more

Meh, aesthetically it looks beautiful however, it is very thin and a little too light weight for my liking. It didn’t smell when it came in but was wrinkled from being rolled up. It seems durable. My chair rolls over it easily.
