Very nice looking charger cover. It looks sturdy and easy to use. The glass is tempered glass so it is safe. When it arrived the wall mount back plate was broken apart from welding points. My electrician had to drill new anchoring points to the back plate. Otherwise it looks great.

Installed this to my driveway outside and it is a perfect product. My Tesla Level 2 charger fit perfectly and keep all the length of the wires inside secured. I don't particularly like the lock because it takes times to turn the combination dials. It is VERY INCONVENIENT. Instead, I installed a digital padlock that I can EASILY lock & Unlock very conveniently & super fast.

I regret buying and waiting to install as time has passed and I now have a giant paper weight. The locking mechanism is cheap, combo does not role easily, and the metal the lock grabs was cheaply cut and arrived bent so badly if I try and bend back it will break off. Oh an they say gen 3 tesla charger but don't tell you it's NOT gen 3 universal tesla charger. Luckily I have both but wont be using this box regardless. One last thing is the lock is not swappable to the other side and box has to be mounted one way. Waste of money.

It's simply a box to house the charger. It's very costly for what it is, however, it does the job. I gave it 4 because the locking mechanism is junk and does not work, so don't rely on that.

We were apprehensive about installing our Tesla charger outside and this box has eliminated all of our concerns. This box is very high quality/heavy-duty and will withstand the elements. It conceals the charger and has a sleek design and looks awesome on the side of our home. We are thrilled with this purchase and would absolutely do it again! We had an electrician mount it when he installed the Tesla charger.

Maybe I got a reject but the door does not line up properly and does not close flush to the frame. The screws holding the door hinges were all loose , even after tightening them didn't help. The finish, flat black, is very touchy. If you look at it wrong it comes off. I have the electrician coming over tomorrow otherwise I would return it. I will have to put a lock hasp on it as the combo lock is a joke, could be pried loose with a screwdriver. The actual installation looks easy. Unfortunately it DOES NOT FIT A TESLA GEN 3 UNIVERSAL CAHRGER, it is too deep. I had to take the glass off.

You have to pull the handle from the port prior to install as the handle gets stuck in too tight of a position to remove it. The combo lock is poor quality it can easily be untwisted if the screw isn’t set tighter than it comes from manufacturer. The combo lock is able to be changed but once set to loc you can’t move the numbers from the 3 digit code. It’s installed so I’m stuck with it. It is nice visually but functionality isn’t that great.
