I bought this because I needed a long run of cable to reach my car from the NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. It worked great for the first 3 months, but now needs to be reset every hour to finish a charge. Don't make the same mistake I did, buy a better charger than I did and an extension cable.

This charger works most of the time. When it works, it's great. Unfortunately, there are times when (for reasons unknown) it simply doesn't charge, though the car acknowledges the connection. We have two vehicles, and the product's performance (or non-performance) is consistent with both, so I know the issue is not with the car. I could find no trouble-shooting assistance online, and my emails to the company have gone unanswered. So, we are very disappointed. ... show more
