Product came damaged and scratched all over. 1 screw is missing another too long. All in all not a strong construction. Invest a bit more money and by better quality. The media could not be loaded. The awning is beautiful! But I must say the instructions on how to assemble were not great!!!! I had to use common sense and figure things out. Took a long time to put together and hoping this lasts. Not sure how sturdy this really is. But so far so good.
