The keyboard, screen, and charger were all in excellent condition — they honestly feel new. I love everything about this laptop. It’s not a touchscreen (which I personally don’t need), and the keyboard feel is exactly what I was hoping for — comfortable and responsive. The battery had only 28 charge cycles, which means it’s still very fresh. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the value for the money. This is a fantastic deal. I’m even considering buying another one for my brother-in-law. The Lenovo X1 Carbon is beautiful in design and very easy to use. Do not purchase any refurbished computers from this company. We purchased this computer. It initally had problems which we thought we had resolved. However, just after the warranty period ended, the computer stopped being able to charge. We tried calling customer support, no one ever answered the phone or returned calls. We sent an email asking for help to their support email address. They denied ever receiving it. Definitely would not do business with this company again! ... show more

The machine arrived what the a charge.. it was a little hinky at first, battery draining quickly, but once I updated all the software firmware Lenovo updates window updates etc, it all came together well. these machines have probably been sitting and not updated lately so highly recommend keep pushing updates and firmware updates etc. it works nice and snappy and fast. so far so good, however I did get the Amazon protection, just in case. ... show more

Slowww and stopped working after 10.5 months. The battery died and now the light stays on orange and it will not charge or turn on. I've tried multiple chargers.
