Before you try to put this together, make sure you do some kind of meditation to calm your soul. This is the most frustrating thing to try to put together. My wife and I both was ready to throw it in the trash. Nearly impossible to put it together and when you finally get it together and pick it up, it all falls apart and you have to start all over again. The silver screws that come with it are useless. I had to swap them out for some longer black drywall screws. I also had trouble with the anchor bolts and decided to drill holes in the plastic and use deck screws instead. We finally got it installed but would not recommend this for anyone who doesn’t have the patience of Buddha. I warned you. ... show more

After hours of trying to assemble this awning, we gave up. The short screw didn’t hold it together and when trying to move it, it all fell apart. I packed it up and returned it and they took their time refunding my money. Returned it on August 14th and just received refund on October 4th. Stay clear of this junk! ... show more

    • Flimsy and cut bad
The panels are out of square missing screws and pieces don’t stay together as they should due to that. Went straight in the dumpster as how you gonna return it once you try to assemble it … Waste of Money I would give it negative stars if possible
