Works just fine on a 2023 Nissan Ariya. It charges a little faster than the stock charger that comes with the car. This is probably because it allows 15 amps while the stock Nissan charger only allows 12 amps. Also unlike the stock charger (110 volts only) it can be used at 220 volts with the proper adapters and cords. I have not tried it but I am planning to and will update review after I get the proper adapters and cords for my dryer outlet. Excellent value for the money. Update 02/03/23: I obtained the necessary cables and adapters for my 220 volt dryer receptacle. Charging at 220 volts is less than half the time required at 110 volts. I didn't expect that much of a reduction (only 1/2) in charging time assuming the current is still 15 amps. Perhaps this is because the bridge rectifier inside my EV is more efficient at the higher voltage due to the forward voltage drop in the diodes. This is probably true with most other EV's. While 110 volt charging maybe fine for low mileage drivers, 220 volts is the way to go for my 304 mile EV. At this price, this charger can't be beat for giving the most bang for the buck. Update 02/04/23: It has been noted that when charging is completed using 220 volts, both the green and red LED's remain on. The documentation indicates the red LED is a ground fault condition even though no fault exists. This is probably a documentation issue since other users have reported this. This could be related to the manner that 220 volt circuits are wired in North America. Product works just fine otherwise.

I have used this charger for more than a year on 120 and 240 charge. Its faster than the stock charger that came with the car and has not had a single issue. Great product!

I was unable to use this charger. It was too hard to connect to my 2014 Prius Plug-In, the fit was too tight. Was worried I would damage the car port or my shoulder. Glad it works well for most other cars.

The pictures make this charger look huge compared to a car, it looks like the body of the charger is the size of a car tire! Rest assured the body is a little bigger than a dollar bill @ 7.4 x 2.99". It works great and is a great value. And yes it does work at both 110 and 220v. It isn't rocket science. It is hard wired for 220V which you just plug into a dryer or stove type outlet. And if you want to use a regular 110V outlet just add the short dongle cord which converts the 220V plug into a 110V plug... easy peasy! My old charger had a pull tab on the dust cover for the EV plug so I was a little weirded out when this one didn't have that feature, but you just grab the whole thing and pull and it comes off easy enough. The only thing this one lacks is rubber covers for the screw holes on the bottom of the body, so if you use it in the rain water might be able to get in it. My old charger lost a rubber cover and water got in and killed it. So just make sure it is not left upside down in the rain and not sitting on the ground. The 25' cord is nice and long. It seems well built. Now I have the option to plug it into a 220V outlet to charge faster which my old charger didn't have and which a lot of other chargers cost a premium to buy. It is a good deal.

I bought this charge cable because I wanted to be able to use Level 2 (240V) charging with my 2022 Prius Prime for an occasional quick charge. I tried the VEVOR cable with both Level 2 (240V using the NEMA 6-20 plug) and Level 1 (120V using the NEMA 5-15 adapter cable). I seems to charge twice as fast in the Level 2 configuration, so it performed as expected. The cable is plenty long enough, and the soft storage case is also a nice feature. I have no way to judge how weatherproof the cable is. My only complaint, is that the VEVOR SAE J1772 plug does not fit smoothly into the charging jack on my Prius. The SAE J1772 plug on the OEM cable that came with the Prius fits easily into the charging jack, but the plug on this VEVOR cable needs more force to insert and extract it from the jack on the car. I only intend to use the VEVOR cable for occasional fast charging, so for the price, it seems like a good value. Since the SAE J1772 plug doesn't fit as well as my OEM cable, I gave it only 4 stars.
