Took a chance on this brand and what a mistake. I have a couple more of these from the Nulmage brand and they are great. Install is basically the same, but the devil is in the details. This Vevor brand seems to be equal quality, but it's nearly impossible to put together. The instructions are out of order (and you must put it together in the right order) and details aren't shown clearly as far as how the pieces meet on the corners. The worst part, is the final support bracket down the center wasn't long enough. I finally got it all together perfectly and then the support just wouldn't line up. I had to ultimately beat the piece and bend it to get the screws to somewhat line up and thread. I haven't even hung this on the house yet, so who knows what other issues will arise, but everything else (the support brackets and mounting piece) look like they should work fine, but who knows. I regret buying this and I'm still debating on whether to go through all the bother of returning it. ... show more

This awning is very difficult to assemble. Indications are that it requires 2 people, 3 or 4 would be more helpful. The product is quite flimsy. We live in Wisconsin, so we will likely be replacing it after this winter.
