Product is below okay standards. Very wobbly and fingers can be pinched easy. If you dont wand to spend $$$$ but just want a pump. This can do it. I was curling 100lbs it seems fine. I might return it due to the wobble.

Just got it, assembled it, and gave it a test and it'll work but probably not long term. The sturdiness is about on par with workout gear from the wall-store. Strong enough for use but probably won't handle abuse or a lot of weight. I'm just getting back into working out so I'm not stress testing it much. It wobbles more than you'll see at the gym but not enough to cause you to have any issues The pads I can already tell won't last long. It's the same cheap vinyl that you find on other low cost stuff. Luckily I can just throw a towel over it if it cracks or tears. At this price I'm not worried about it becoming ugly One thing to note is that the arm rest is pretty narrow. I've been to multiple gyms and this is the first time I felt like my arms might slip off the sides because of the width of my chest. It measures in at 17" wide so if you're pretty broad chested you may want to move along. The rack for the preacher bar is also pretty narrow with the edges of the grips on my bar resting on it instead of it being outside of the grips. Overall it will work for now. If you're wanting a cheap bench then this will be okay for a bit while you work up to needing a better one. ... show more

Arm rest area is way to narrow...can't even do wide grip curls without arms falling off the side of the pad. I'm going to have to do fabrication on this myself somehow because the return window closed. 🙄 Post note: However I must admit there is wonderful character and integrity to this company and their owner reached out to me personally to rectify this situation which blew my mind, who does that! This bench is probably most suitable for a young teen just starting to lift. It can't handle the listed weight without tipping forward. The arm pad is really narrow. Even if you get your arms on it, once you add weight it will cause them to slide off the edges. It is incredibly cheap and flimsy. I threw this out and purchased a much larger and sturdier bench. Some of the welds make the pieces not line up correctly. The feet are uneven because of the location of the bolt holes, so it rocks when you sit down because it doesn’t sit level. The bar support feels flimsy when just the bar is on it. I’m concerned about putting a lot of weight on it. With every bolt and screw tightened to the max, I’m hoping I will get some use out of this.
