I was really intrigued by this liquid biotin and collagen blend, primarily because liquid supplements are often promoted for better absorption. I subscribed and used it consistently for quite a while, hoping to see a noticeable improvement in my hair health and growth. While there were some positive aspects, I ultimately canceled my subscription because I just wasn't seeing the results I wanted. The Good Points (Pros): * Surprisingly Pleasant Taste: I was bracing for a strong, medicinal flavor, but I was pleasantly surprised. The taste is mild and slightly sweet, making it very easy to take directly or add to a drink without any issues. * Convenient and Easy to Use: The dropper makes measuring out a serving simple and mess-free.
