This treadmill is nice. It is very heavy duty and has small mini wheels on one end to help move it as you need. The great thing about it is it’s practically already pre assemble minus the tablet or book holder and the handrail lift up or down. This is my first treadmill and I’m really itching to get back in shape. With minimal time to leave home since I’m a stay at home mom with a special needs kiddo I don’t have the luxury to head to the gym anymore. So this is the solution I’m looking for. It was actually a vday present that I asked for 😂. I can tell you now that if I stick to it I know I will see the results I’ve been after since my 2nd son. Already using it for 15 minutes I was already sweating and feeling my body getting the cardio I’ve been in dire need of. I will say I’m still trying to get used to the prompts and settings & It does beep when you press buttons to program each time. Also, It goes fast once you get going. It reaches speeds of 8mph, but I’m in zero shape for that this moment. So I don’t go beyond 5mph. Anyhoo, I like there is an on off switch to make sure this is off even when plugged in- although I will be unplugging this every time since I have young kiddos and don’t want any accidents. Cord is a little over 5 ft in length as well. This doesn’t require an app to work or record you calories or steps taken ( but there is an interactive app if you want some extra encouragement to run in immersive type workout).

I'm a runner and proud of it. I've lost almost 200LBS! And I went from 380lbs down to 180lbs in less than 4 years. I'm not only proud of that, but I also seek now for some alternatives..., because my body (I'm 41 years old) , is having some issues. I had plantar fascitis, multiple knee problems and lately problems with my right hip. But despite the fact that i shouldnt run anymore, i found a solution to keep my weight stable. And the solution is: 5K every day! (well 10K every day, but you see what i mean)... and i do it now with WALKING! Thats the background story of why i bought the treadmill, but now I want to share why i bought THIS one and why i ike the concept of an office treadmill. So as you can see i'm using the treadmill as a walking treadmill and this one is perfect. You can set the speed with a remote and you can also store it perfectly under the standing table. The treadmill is very quiet, nothing shakes nothing rattles. I used it yesterday and the day before as a walking treadmill and i can say that its well designed, well manufatured and priced very fair. you can fold down the "arm" so you can put it under a standing desk. PERFECT! The treadmill is with 18" very wide, I've had a couple weeks ago for testing purposes a 16" and i almost fell. the key of having an office/standing-desk/Treadmill is to go on a walk and not to be afraid to trip and fall. with 18" its very wide and you dont even have to look down, once you go on a walk. I'll keep this review updated after 3 months, to see if my expectations were right and the buildquality matches the price. From what i've seen the last days I would buy this model again and again and again. I'm even thinking about buying another one for my girlfriend lol... ^^ I'll keep you guys update and i hope that you will make the same expieriences. :-) with any kind of treadmill. Because moving is the key to / for a happy life and fitness.

Congratulations to me on owning a treadmill with a 4-month expiration date! I purchased this product on Aug 30, 2024, for running practice at home. I've followed the instructions carefully, including installing, operation and lubrication. I run about 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes each time. Everything seemed fine - until Dec 30, 2024, when I received a spectacular New Year's surprise: the running duck broke. It feels as if it has fallen from the frame. Ah yes, just four months after purchase. Naturally, I reached out to customer service with a polite and friendly email, attaching my order history and simply requesting a reasonable solution - either a professional repair or a replacement part. At first, they responded as if they actually cared, apologizing with, “Sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you,” and asking for a video to assess the issue. They even reassured me, “Please don’t worry. We will check your issue in time, and once we confirm that, we will provide a satisfying solution to you.” I replied to them with a video. After all that effort, their so-called “satisfying solution” was to tell me to contact Amazon Customer Service for a return. They even kindly reminded me: “To return and replace, please go to ‘Your Orders,’ then choose the order you want to return, and select ‘Return or Replace Items.’ They will help you with this.” Excuse me? Do you think a 10-year Amazon user doesn’t know how to return an item?! The problem is—I CAN’T return it through Amazon because the return window has closed! I emailed them back. Twice. Explaining the situation clearly and asking for a repair. And then…? Nothing. Silence. Like throwing a stone into the ocean. Fast forward to March 2025. I decided to contact them using a different email, describing my issue again and requesting a repair, replacement, or refund. This time, they responded instantly—an automated email saying, “Within 48 hours, our human customer service team will reply to your email again.” Okay, sure. A few hours later, Stephanie, the same customer service agent from before, replied. And guess what? She copied and pasted the exact same response from two months ago. Imagine a robotic voice on repeat, saying: “Sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.”, and “Please don’t worry. We will check your issue in time, and once we confirm that, we will provide a satisfying solution to you.” AHAHAHAHA! This time, I attached two pictures of the broken parts, and yet—once again, my message disappeared into the void. No reply. Nothing. What happened, THERUN? Did you forget to tell me how to return the item through Amazon? Please do—this is the first time I’ve ever needed to return something due to zero product quality. This is my first-ever review on Amazon, in 10 years of shopping here. Congratulations, THERUN, you’ve truly earned it. A terrible product combined with terrible customer service—what a masterpiece! To anyone considering this treadmill: Do yourself a favor and stay away. Unless, of course, you want to spend $300+ on a treadmill that turns into an expensive wobbly clothes rack in just four months. In that case, go for it!
