  • Works GREAT!
Background: I purchased this for my CyberTruck running off 110V ( I haven't installed a local 220v drop yet). Overview: After a little over an hour and a half, it charges a little faster than the Tesla charger that came with the vehicle. I'll throw one of the chargers in my underseat storage and one I'll use in the garage. Pros: + Easy setup + !!! Good data directly on the charger. I can get it in the Tesla App, but this is super nice to see duration and current amperage/voltage. + Works well and charges great Cons: - I didn't get a good connection right away. It charged, but it gave me a loose charger notification. I pushed a bit harder and everthign registered as good. So... user error, but it does take a bit more umph than the Tesla charger. Great second charger! Great backup! At the price, the capabilities and the functionality are awesome! ... show more

  • Great for travelers, renters, or those needing a backup charger
This Tesla level 1 and 2 mobile charger is a versatile and portable charging solution for Tesla owners, offering both 110V (level 1) and 240V (level 2) charging with adjustable current up to 16A. Its NEMA 6-20 plug enables faster 240V charging, while the NEMA 5-15 adapter allows use with standard household outlets. Pros include its compact design, long 25ft cable, and plug-and-play convenience, making it great for travelers, renters, or those needing a backup charger. However, charging speeds are limited; level 1 charging is very slow (~3-4 miles per hour), and level 2 charging, while better, is still slower than Tesla’s wall connector (maxing out at 12 miles per hour). While the charger is ideal for low-mileage drivers or emergency use, it may not be sufficient for high-mileage Tesla owners who need faster daily charging. Unlike smart home chargers, it lacks wifi integration, meaning no Tesla app control or remote monitoring. Additionally, it requires a NEMA 6-20 outlet for optimal performance, which isn’t standard in most homes. For those who drive long distances or plan long-term EV ownership, investing in a higher-output level 2 charger (32A or 48A) is a better choice. However, as a portable, easy-to-use solution, this charger remains a solid option for many Tesla drivers. ... show more

  • Wealth of Data on Beautiful Screen - Easy Plug-and-Play Installation - Dependable Charger
Beautiful screen display is giving me a wealth of information right now as we are charging up (my daughter's) Model 3 Tesla, which is accepting the charge without a problem. We've got it on the 220V circuit using a NEMA 6-20 plug, the same circuit we use for Level 2 home chargers on our J1772 EVs. Works well and ramped up quickly to peak 16 Amps. For a small M3 Tesla this is enough to charge from well below half to top it off overnight, and at this rate it should take about 8-9 hours to go from 40% SOC to somewhere near 100% and that's plenty of time for us - I think for most people. I mentioned the screen which is very information-rich and how good it looks. It also makes this charger easy to use - it's truly just plug-and-play. The car recognizes the charger and the charger recognizes the car. The Tesla display shows the charging activity as well, but I really like having more data on the charger, and this charger has a lot of information as compared to others, making it a great value for the price point. I like it very much and now that everything is going to NACS (Tesla) standard charging this will come in very handy for us here at home - for multiple EVs. ... show more

  • Impossible to Use Due to Bulky Handle
This Tesla mobile charger is essentially useless due to the bulky handle, which prevented it from even clicking into my P100D. Despite the adjustable current and long cable, the handle design makes it impossible to connect properly, rendering it completely ineffective. I was really hoping this would work for my Model S, but it just doesn’t. Would not recommend it at all. ... show more

  • Solid design, convenient, quick charging
Solid design, convenient, quick charging: This product is well made and feels solid and durable while handling, with thick wiring and a secure control box. The product is also compact and easy to take on the go, especially with the included carrying case, making it easy to keep in the car without taking up too much space. The 25 foot length is very convenient if you don't always have close access to an outlet or share a driveway with others like we do. The product's digital display also provides a steady stream of useful charging information to better keep track of energy usage. The charging speed has been consistent and as fast as stated in the product description, allowing us to fully charge overnight without issues. Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend. ... show more

  • Excellent portable charger for your Tesla
The media could not be loaded. This charger for a Tesla is a very nice item to have. It’s made from good durable materials and is easy to carry in its own carrying case that it comes with. It’s very functional at either home or on the road. Charging speeds are on par with a 110 outlet charger but it’s nice to be able to charge from any regular outlet. I especially like that it comes with mounting hardware if you want to mount this in your home or garage. This functions perfectly and is a great value for your money. ... show more
