Everything is great with this pool. Some of the bad reviews are from people who put up and took the pool down for 3 years or more and probably damaged something storing it. Also, 3 years for a pool that’s less than $500 is a deal! What are you expecting? The same results as a lifetime steel pool? The size is great. I’ve heard people say 3 or so people. Maybe if they were 700 pounds. The ladder is just fine too. I’m a muscular 240 pound man who can get in and out just fine. It’s not “flimsy.” I don’t even think the pump is terrible for what it is. If you’re expecting a spotless pool after several people using it several times, you’ll never be happy. No complaints with this pool. Looks awesome with the lights too! ... show more

I bought the 15ft 48inch $500 one. I set this thing up completely by myself & I started at 10am, finished at 2pm. Filling it w/ water took about 7 hours. Photo of inside is at the 4 hour mark. People who said it took them days I don't understand. I had to buy my own tarp for the ground at Home Depot. And all the Ph, Shock & chlorine. The bars that go around the top of the pool are going to be inside the bars that stable it on the outside upon arrival. Easy steps to follow & no missing parts. I'd advise to fill it w/ 3 inches of water & get inside to smooth out of the botto & pulling the loose material to the edge. So far no holes. ... show more

    • Pool Hoses Crack after 6 months

The pool itself is good, however the other day I noticed the pool was half empty, approximately 2,000 gallons. One of the connecting hoses cracked and leaked the water out in an few hours. I replaced the bad hose and the next week another hose cracked, this time I caught it early and only lost about 500 gallons of water. The Hoses are claer plastic and they will not last, they need better quality hoses. ... show more

Great option to add a decent sized pool to your summer activities. Was pretty easy to put together, enjoyed using it for 1 summer, properly dismantled and stored for the winter. Went to install it last weekend and the lining was shot and some of the "steel poles" rusted. Multiple holes and breaks where the bottom lining meets the side wall lining. Customer service is useless with their online submission form to have someone contact you days later, no one answers the phone. Really a shame given at the time it was $560+ for this pool and only getting one summer of use out of it. Liner warranty is only for 3 months, 6 months if you extend it when you buy it. Should be telling that the "extended warranty" is only 6 months for how long they think their product will properly last. UPDATE: bought another one for this summer given that it was the cheapest option and I knew what I was getting. Also made sure to register the product on their website so that it extends the manufacturer warranty another 6 months (from 3 months which should be the first red flag) but their response to submitting the claim for the ripped pool liner is outrageous - "Your warranty claim has been cancelled, due to the fact that the damage is not a manufacturers defect. We suggest you contact the retailer for a refund or exchange." Umm this is exactly what a manufacturer defect is. The pool was barely used for 3 months, built out on a level smooth ground, 2 tarps underneath for extra padding. Also the fasteners cracked too under water pressure which defeats the purpose. Should be a nice long painful dead end process to get a replacement for any of these things. ... show more

This is our 3rd year using this pool.. No holes anywhere.. We leave it up all year long, no problems with that. My grandkids love it.. As long as I keep the chemicals going the water is beautiful... We had to replace the filter tubes this year, but when plastic is in the sun for so long it will crack. The ladder I hate.. But we use it. Hopefully next year we can get a bigger pool.. ... show more

Box came damaged, which crushed the tubing for the filter had to purchase replacement locally, the pool itself very sturdy easy to assemble and it came with a pool cover as well as other items described
