Nice water dispenser!
Color: White
This is our first water dispenser, and we weren't sure what features to look for, but we got a good one! I recommend this one. It has hot, cold or room temperature options. It looks nice and sleek, and hides the water tank. We love it!

Broken thermostat
Hot water heater boiled water and didn't automatically shut off. I turned off the hot water side and I just use the cold water.

Needs better QC and tank capacity
Color: Black
The cold water line was being constricted by another water line. Had to open it up and rearrange the hoses so I could use it. Also, has a VERY small tank, can barely get 6 ounces of water before it needs to refill and cool the water again.
