Bigger than I thought. Noisy when filling tank or ice dispensers. Constantly recycling water which add to the noise level. Water is colder than previous unit. Ice cubes are medium size.

The dispenser is super quiet, and the ice maker is quiet when comparing to the small ice makers. The machine is gorgeous! I’m super happy with the purchase. Note: when purchasing a 5 gallon container, just make sure the head part is not to bulky has the piece connected to the water dispenser demands a smaller 5 gallon head. It’s the piece that covers the 5 gallon container.

No room temperature water, it's either very hot, very cold or ice. No idea why Brio would release a dispenser without the ability to provide room temperature water. Would have given this a 5-star since the other temps and ice creation are very good. -3 stars for not having normal room temp water.

Unfortunately we had to return this item. We used Poland Springs 5 gallon water jugs. The foul tasting water and cubes could not be eradicated even with thorough rinsing and flushing. We tried 2 solutions and then gave up. Too much work to get fresh tasting water. Gave up after the second flushing of the lines and reservoirs. It’s not “the one”. The hunt continues.
