  • Clean and fast water
Style: Elite Color: Black
Incredible product, very easy to fill and put back into fridge, the notification light for the filter is very helpful and the filters slot in easier than my old larger Brita model. Water tastes very clean with the Elite filters and it still holds plenty of water despite being smaller than the huge one I had (Easier to move when full!) ... show more

  • Easy to install
Style: Brita Plus Color: Black
I’ve been using the Brita water filter for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with its performance. The water tastes cleaner and fresher, and I've noticed a significant reduction in impurities. The filter is easy to install and replace, and the design is sleek and compact. I've also appreciated the affordability and value for money. Overall, I'd highly recommend the Brita water filter to anyone looking for a reliable and effective way to improve the taste and quality of their tap water." ... show more

  • Reliable, Easy to Use, and Great Taste!
Style: Elite Color: White
I've been using this Brita pitcher for a few months now, and I'm very pleased with both the product and the company behind it. The water tastes fresh and clean, and the Elite filter lasts much longer than standard ones, which makes it really convenient for busy households. The design is practical—it fits well in the fridge, pours smoothly, and is easy to refill. But what really stood out to me is Brita's exceptional customer service. They’re responsive, kind, and genuinely care about their customers’ satisfaction, which is rare these days. Highly recommend this pitcher for anyone looking to improve their drinking water quality and reduce plastic waste—with the added bonus of knowing you're buying from a company that stands behind its product! ... show more

  • Nice pitcher, but I may die of thirst while waiting for it to filter.
Style: Elite Color: White
We have a well that produces very good tasting water, but does contain minerals that seem to eventually kill all of our appliances. We purchased this Brita pitcher with Elite filter to take the place of gallon jugs of spring water that we use to fill our Breville Barista Touch coffee maker and our Euhomy countertop ice maker (both are awesome and recommend both). This is a nice and simple water pitcher. There are four parts to this pitcher: lid, filtering reservoir, Elite filter, and clear plastic pitcher. This is very easy to take apart, change filters, and clean. The lid has a round hinged pop-up lid that opens by pressing a thumb button on the top of the lid near the pitcher handle. The pitcher also has a button under the lid that you press during set up that provides a green, yellow, or red filter life indicator light when pouring the water. Filling the filtering reservoir once will filter enough water to fill the pitcher approximately 1/2 way full. The instructions say that you need to fill and dump the pitcher three times after adding a new filter--this must be some kind of filter priming process. I do like this pitcher and how well it filters the water. I can definitely tell the difference between the unfiltered vs filtered well water--so I know for a fact that the Elite filter works. My only slight complaint is that this pitcher takes what seems like forever to fill--probably due to the super-mega filtering ability of the Elite filter. I haven't actually timed it but mine seems to take probably 8-10 minutes to filter--and at least double that if you fill it for a second time in order to completely fill the pitcher. So worst case scenario, if I want to fill the coffee maker, the ice maker, and then have a full pitcher full of cold water to on reserve in the refrigerator, it would take me about a 1/2 hour because i have to fill and filter the filter reservoir six times. Therefore, for us, it is a must to keep the refrigerator pitcher full at all times to cut down on the filtering wait time. We drink a lot of ice water. If I was looking for something as my family's primary water source, then I would probably go with one of the large square or rectangle refrigerator jugs with the pour spout. Otherwise, it is a nice pitcher, it just takes a long time to fill--but the water is super filtered when complete. I recommend this product. ... show more

  • IMPORTANT: Read This Review Before Hitting The Order Button
Style: Elite Color: Black
Let me start by saying that this was my first Brita and I am extremely happy with this purchase. However, there are some easy mistakes to be made here -- some of which I noticed in other reviews -- and I want to share a few things I learned through the purchase and initial setup process. The most important piece of information I can relay to you is that if you are looking at the 10 Cup Pitcher, there are actually two different models at the same price. I picked the wrong one and it wasn't until I read a review that I realized I should have picked the newer version. Fortunately, I was able to cancel and re-order. The newer version you want is the Pitcher with the SmartLight. You'll notice owners who just purchased their Brita ask why the indicator light is not included. The SmartLight is pretty darn important as it keeps track of the life of your filter, reminding you when it's time to replace it. The next important piece of information I want to share is how much water can be filled in this pitcher. If you read the instructions, it tells you to fill the water to the fill line (there is a tab with a fill line in the top reservoir). If that was all you did, you would notice that you only have 6 cups of water instead of 10. What I didn't realize until I contacted Brita is that you can keep filling the Pitcher after the initial. I measured out 10 cups which took almost two fills. You'll know that you have the measurement right as the water should reside 1 inch below the round part of the top reservoir. Inserting the Elite filter was simple. Just be certain to line up the plastic tabs in the reservoir with the slots in the filter. You should have a snug fit. Push down to make certain it's airtight. Though the Brita is not the best-rated water filter out there (that would go to Zero Water), the new Elite filter lasts 6 months, effectively removes more contaminants than ever before, and as such, situates itself as the best bang-for-the-buck brand. Keep in mind Brita does not filter out fluoride. As someone who is not a fan of the taste of tap water, I was extremely surprised by how good the filtered water tasted. I have finally gotten to the point where I can stop buying expensive cases of plastic bottled water every month, relying solely on my Brita pitcher. One more thing I should add: Customer support is fantastic. I phoned to ask them about how much water can be put in the Pitcher. They answered the phone immediately and were very helpful in answering my question. Don't hesitate to purchase this Brita Pitcher. ... show more
