We LOVE this water cooler at our office. We have only been using it for a week, so hopefully it lasts, but so far so good! The ice-maker feature is amazing, and works SO fast! It truly is an all-in-one gadget! The replaces the needed for a fridge with a water line and ice-maker. It is a bit noisy, but I don't think that is a big deal. It does the job!!
