Cons

  • 🔊 Some users report the pumping sound is relatively noticeable, even continuing slightly after dispensing water.
  • 👎 Criticized for the dispensing nozzle design and placement; they're described as small 'nubs' and positioning cups or bottles accurately can be tricky.
  • 🧩 Some users find the button and light panel confusing, specifically the placement of hot and cold indicators in relation to their corresponding buttons.
  • ⚡ There is a lack of insulation between the different temperature tanks, potentially leading to increased energy consumption.

Should I Buy It?

With its diverse temperature options, it caters to a variety of needs and encourages increased water consumption. While some minor design elements may require getting used to, overall it offers durability and functionality that outweighs these concerns.

  • I really like it so far
Style: Dispenser
I'm very happy with this purchase so far. It's a nice looking cooler that fit perfectly in the space I have. The temperature of the cold water is perfect for me although it may be too cold for some. I've only used the hot water once, for a cup of noodles, and it worked great and I'm looking forward to using it for hot tea this winter. The "room temperature" water is actually pretty cold, but it might be because I don't keep the hot water switched on unless I need it. If you want room temp water you can use the "hot water" with the heat turned off. The only issue that I've had so far is it can be a little noisy sometimes, but you can turn off both switches at night and it's perfectly quiet. I saw reviews that mentioned taller water bottles didn't fit under the machine so I bought the shorter of the 2 options that Walmart had and it fit fine (American Maid 5 gal) but I think there's plenty of space for the square stackable bottle they have. 09/18/24 - I've only had the machine a week and I'm aware of the other complaints I've seen others have. If I have any issues I'll be sure to update this review but so far it's all good. 10/07/2024 - After a month of use I'll still give this machine 5 stars but there are a couple of things that bug me. First is that the noise can get really annoying sometimes. It's okay when it's a consistent noise, but sometimes it's an inconsistent vibration and almost sounds like the machine is struggling. I have the machine close to my desk so I have to turn it off at times so I can get some work done. Luckily, the water stays cold for quite a while with the cold switch off. I turn it off at night and the water is still pretty cold when I grab a glass in the morning. The second thing that bothers me is the "water low" warning light. It's a really bright red flashing light that you can't turn off. No big deal unless you have the machine in your bedroom and only have one jug like I do. I have to unplug the machine to get any sleep. I'll probably have to void my warranty to disconnect this feature. 01/28/2025 - I've had the cooler for almost 5 months now and am still very happy with the purchase. No further issues other than the previously mentioned issues. I've used the hot water feature many times for tea and cocoa this winter and it works great. I live near one of the fires in LA and it was so nice to have this dispenser when we weren't able to drink our tap water. I can definitely say that I recommend this purchase and will update if I have any major issues in the coming months. 06/26/2025 - 9 Months in and no further issues with this machine. I figured out how to avoid the horrible red "empty" light without unplugging the machine. You can hear when the machine is sucking up air and if you open the door quickly enough, the empty light will not turn on. You just have to keep it open until you refill the jug. ... show more

  • Very hot and very cold. Quite
Style: Dispenser
I didn't want to write a review too soon but I figure I figure it can be changed. So far it is great. I was renting from local water distributor. The rates went up $5 and $10 on delivery. I was paying $40 just to have the service. This machine is a little smaller than what I had takes up less space. It also has room temperature water and really cold or hot water. I seems to be a altogether a better machine. It is very quite and looks nice. I am happy with my purchase and looking forward to saving money in the long run. ... show more

  • Home Water Cooler
Style: Dispenser
I absolutely love the water cooler. The features are amazing with a push button for hot, room temperature and cold. I had no trouble setting it up. Pretty straight forward instructions. The esthetics of the cooler are eye appealing. Stainless steel and black with the bottle hidden and very eye pleasing. My old cooler held the bottle on top and a true eye-sore. The cooler holds 3 gallon or 5 gallon jugs. I use the 5 gallon and they fit perfectly. It functions beautifully, quality made and water flows out easily, notifying you when the jug is empty. Great features! ... show more

  • Item arrives dented, but functions well.
Style: Dispenser
I purchased one of these from Amazon, and obtained it, but it was dented. I sent for a replacement, which also arrived dented. As I needed the cooler more than the aesthetics, I decided to simply keep the cooler. I will try to get some pictures to attach images of the dents. In the mean time, the cooler works well. Mine is in the kitchen. In terms of noise level it is fine. I have not really noticed any noises from it. I use it mostly for cold drinking water, and I find the temperature acceptable. I have only used the hot water dispenser a couple of times, and the water was sufficiently hot for me. I will caveat that saying that I do not like particularly hot beverages. So when making hot chocolate I usually add ice cubes. In the case of of this device, I simply mix the Hot and Cold to achieve the more lukewarm temperature that I like. But I believe this would be sufficiently hot for those who like hot tea, hot coffee, etc. ... show more

  • Worth the money.
Style: Dispenser
Water temp is as advertised. Pretty quiet, a little louder when dispensing but nothing too bad. Bottom loading bottle is very easy and convenient.

  • Really nice cooler!
Style: Dispenser
I really like this cooler, this bottom load dispenser is a back saver. The spring water bottle is easy to install, the water is icy cold and it also provides room temperature and hot water too. It also looks really nice in the room. It’s very functional and I drink a lot more water now.

  • Reliable, Convenient, and Looks Great
Style: Dispenser
This water cooler has been a fantastic addition to our home. The size is just right—not too tall or bulky—and it fits nicely in our kitchen. The cold water gets really cold, and the hot water is perfect for tea, cocoa, or even mixing bottles for our baby. We used to boil bottled water, but this has made things so much easier. It stays clean and the bottom-loading design is way more convenient than lifting heavy bottles. The child safety lock on the hot water is a great feature—secure, but still easy to use for adults. Plus, it looks great. The finish gives it a premium, modern feel. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Works OK.
Style: Dispenser
We’ve had this water dispenser for about 4 months now. I gave it 4 stars and could honestly give it 3.5 just because it does not dispense room temperature water. It is supposed to dispense hot water, cold water -which it does- and room temperature, but that feature simply doesn’t work if the cold water switch is on. It is a little frustrating because it is not a cheap water dispenser and I just can’t drink water when it is THAT cold! During the winter, water was so cold that we would get icy water sometimes. Other than that it works just fine. ... show more
