This thing is awesome! You can have all three buttons set (ice, cold water, and hot water). Noise level isn’t too bad. It’ll hum and you can hear the ice drop but it’s not horrible. Water temperature for hot and cold is perfect. Easy to make tea or fill up ice cold water in your water bottle. Functionality is simple for anyone. Child lock for the hot water was a great selling point for me. The durability is stable and nothing moves loosely. I just got this but I will have to drain the water from the back soon. The ice that melts can fill up and will need to be drained. I’ll be doing that soon

Ice maker stopped working after one week, dumping water into the ice compartment. Hadn't used the heating element but decided to try it once I discovered the ice maker wasn't working only to find out the heating element also did not work. I had already disposed of the box so returning it is going to be a problem.

Does its job well. It’s nice having hot, cold and ice in one spot. Water flow is slow, and cold water can taste like plastic if it sits in the reservoir too long. Ice maker can be pretty loud.

This is wonderfully amazing. We love being able to get ice from the machine. It is very quiet. We definitely love the top loading instead of the bottom load for so many reasons. It’s simple to use and has hot water and cold water dispenser.

Worked great for a few months. Unfortunately we are almost 4 months in and the machine has began to malfunction. It turns on by itself and water runs everywhere.

I was skeptical about this, but it has totally proved me wrong. Water temperature is great whether you want cold or hot, this provides both. Can be a bit noisy when making ice, other that, very quiet. Over all very functional.
