The water dispenser at my house recently broke so I was trying to find a new one to replace. This one was so attractive since it also has an ice maker which saves me so much time and effort whenever I want to make an ice beverage. The temperature was also very nice, the hot water is great when I am making tea. The child safety lock also really helps prevent children from getting burn when getting water. Also a very important part is the sound isn’t that loud. The old one I used has a very loud strong sometimes so this was also a very good thing. Overall it was very nice!

I would give this a five star except for the headache it decided to cause my husband and I the last month or so. After we figured out the issue after tearing it apart and troubleshooting. . It wasn’t allowing air into the water jugs correctly for about a month or so. We didn’t think much of it, figured we got bad jugs (misshapen). This wasn’t the case. About a month after the jugs had started collapsing in on themselves more or less since they couldn’t bubble and release pressure. After this the ice maker started having some issues. Then the entire jug started dumping into the ice maker. Come to find out the tray was pushing on the filler plug. Tray must stay on its platform area or else the machine will flood. Other than that we use the machine every day and we do enjoy it! We got it for Black Friday so it was worth the $200. I can easily move it and carry it without a jug.

Cold has a slow stream and the hot water doesn't work at all. Disappointed in this product. I really don't like the control panel. Too easy for little kids to mess with it and waste water. The area to place container is extremely small so coffee cups are about all you can use to fill with coffee unless you devise a funnel system that is a hassle too. I have a Chefman so didn't check out the hot water feature until too late to do anything about it. Just disappointed in this water cooler.

Purchased this for my kitchen hoping to get rid of the endless purchases for water and empty plastic water bottles around the house. This design is modern and silent enough to be kept in our kitchen every day. Its choices are cold, but hot as well and its security options helps me control it at all times. Cold setting to 59,° AND hot to 194, being able to brew my tea or make coffee it the hot water. Give up to 26lb of ice a day and it only take few minutes to start making ice. It is perfect for any room in the house and also for an office. Great for extra ice option in the summer. Great features.

I should have known that something was wrong when the box arrived leaking. I might have received a returned, damaged on. I noticed the bottom of the ice tray accumulates water and it's just there. I tried to research and saw someone else have this problem so they returned it. I contacted Amazon to try to "troubleshoot," but they checked their "resources" and concluded that they should replace it. I went with the full refund. Such a hassle to box it up and have to return it. Ugh. I really liked it, but it was too good to be true. I guess I'll just go with a basic cold and hot from my local Sam's club, other store. boo!

Better than I expected, I dual functionality and having a water dispenser and ice machine in one help me get rid of my other 2 machines. The ice maker is even quieter than my old ice machine thanks to a rubber mat inside to reduce noise. But not only that, it’s able to maintain the ice longer thanks to an internal coil that keeps it cold inside. The dispenser is basically a touch panel works great and have no issue.
