Now, is this a high-end car stereo? Absolutely not. But for the price, it is a really good value. I mainly wanted something that modernized the interior of my older pickup truck without spending hundreds of dollars, and this definitely accomplished that. It connected to my iPhone through Bluetooth without any major issues, and I’m able to listen to music and podcasts straight from my phone. One thing to note, though, is that when streaming podcasts through Bluetooth, it doesn’t display the podcast title or episode information on the screen. You basically just get the generic play, pause, and fast-forward controls. That wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, but it’s something worth mentioning. Bluetooth calling also works through the stereo itself, which is a nice feature at this price point. The FM radio reception is decent, and installation fit perfectly into the double-DIN slot in my truck. Honestly, there are so many cheap stereos on Amazon that promise the world for very little money, and sometimes people expect way too much from a budget product like this. If your main goal is simple phone connectivity, Bluetooth audio, hands-free calls, and having a touchscreen stereo that upgrades the look of an old 90s or early-2000s vehicle, then this is honestly a solid option. I paid about $25 for this unit and have already gotten over a year of use out of it. If it lasts another year, I’m basically paying about a dollar a month for a very decent entertainment setup in an older vehicle. At the end of the day, that’s how I approach products like this. Don’t overthink them. Figure out what features actually matter to you, set realistic expectations for the price point, and buy accordingly.

Got a 4 piece $65 speaker set with this $30 some dollar android apple car play stereo and for just about a hundred bucks I’ve totally upgraded my 23 year old beater car into the modern era. Can not match the quality of this system at this price. The mounting, wiring and overall installation was straight forward and everything fit exactly as it should. It can get quite loud and powerful for such a crazy low price. I’ve never heard of this unknown generic brand before ordering, to be honest. They might not be top of the line or well known but it has sure exceeded my expectations for the price that’s for sure! My car windows and mirrors shake without any type of rattling or distortion, so that’s definitely a plus in my book. I haven’t hooked up the backup camera just yet, but everything works as it should, didn’t even need an adapter for the radio antenna or nothing. Radio works great. There are a ton of setting for use anywhere in the world. Only wish I have is that they included the specific screws that mount this unit to the kit for the car. I know most will order a mounting bracket and a wiring kit along with this, but none of my kits that I ordered came with any type of screws or bolts to attach this and mount it. Other than that this is a solid choice. Sure it’s cheap and an entry u it to get you by, but it sure does the job.

The product shipping was fast with next-day service. The unit was VERY, EXTREMELY, light, toy-like in feel and appearance. It has a lot of features for the rock bottom price. MP3, MP4, MP5 player, 2 remotes, although the steering wheel remote was cheap, light and plastic, plus the volume and the seek/search buttons were revered and the mount for the steering wheel isn't secure at all. It does connect to your iPhone or Android phone's Bluetooth and you can "cast" music, video, pictures to the unit' generous 7" screen. The touch feature didn't really work for me other than swiping the home menu screen from right to left. The camera was a bonus and it works correctly, everything installs easily if you know what you're doing and have the correct installation kit and wiring harnesses you need, which can also be found on Amazon.

I Haven't had much of a chance to test it. but the wiring diagram was pretty confusing to me. I almost sent it back, till I tried one more thing, and figured it out. that being said. Here's the best explanation of what I found. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: make sure to mark which direction the camera is up, before installing it. it will not auto correct, you'll have to mount it right side up. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A1 - splice into red wire attached to the end of the RCA cable A2 - Parking brake signal - (I think. I didn't use it, he won't be watching videos on it anyway.) A3 - (no idea, I didn't use it, I think it's for steering wheel controls, if equipped. but it isn't ignition.) A4 - Batter positive constant A5 - Power antenna/amp turn on/remote A6 - Illumination A7 - "Accessory" - (This is your ignition signal wire) A8 - Ground [Now that that's done, run your rear camera RCA to the rear of the car. Splice the red wire from the RCA, the Red wire from the camera, and the positive of your reverse lights together. When the car is put in reverse, it will turn on the reverse lights, supplying power to the camera, and a signal for the radio to change from music to camera screen.) splice the black wire from the camera to the ground of the reverse lights. Plug the RCA male end into the female RCA of the camera.

Colors do not line up with default car colors. No big deal. I looked up the manufacture colors. The reverse camera function does not work properly. I substituted by placing the reverse camera in the AUX in port and have to click the button on reverse. No big deal as it’s one button click. The mic isn’t amazing but it works for Bluetooth. It does play movies and there is a setting where you can disable the parking movie safety. My kid watches movies while I drive on it from the back. Great purchase for the price. Would be 5 stars if the reverse function worked as described.

Unfortunately like most people I saw this as a potential bargain, and with the number of 5 star reviews mixed in with some negative ones I chose to ignore the negative reviews assuming they may have messed something up or gotten a lemon. I was not thrilled with this product. It looks pretty nice, but that's about it. First and foremost, I only purchased this product for the mirror link technology so that I could display my smartphone while driving. I have yet to get it to work. I know I have completed the proper steps on my phone, and per the instructions in the description I am using the factory usb cable. The unit isn't recognizing my phone. My phone was able to connect via bluetooth. Unfortunately when I answer calls no one can hear me. I am guessing the built in mic in the unit is broken, that or there is another software issue. If you are bothered by the small things like it saying "Setting" instead of "Settings" this is not the unit for you. Also another annoying feature, if you are listening to the radio and you decide to hit the home button for whatever reason, your music will stop. So in other words it will not play music in the background when switching through menus. Ultimately I had to give this product 1 star because of the mirror link not working. I could get past some of the other bugs but that one was a non negotiable. That was the whole reason I bought this stereo.
