When I received these a few days ago I gave them a 5☆ review. They looked like just what I wanted, but I haden't tried them yet. The small case makes it easy to carry with you when traveling, and its battery should be powerful enough to allow you take on short trips without it needing a recharge. The hearing aids themselves should get you through your entire day without needing a quick recharge. OK. I've had these a few days now and have been wearing them through my normal daily routine. But I found that, at the end of the day, I couldn't wait to take these out. Inserting each piece didn't pose much difficulty, and at first, they were comfortable enough. Adjusting for volume and surroundings wasn't bad once I got the hang of it, but I'd have to reset the levels each time I would insert them because hitting the adjustment button is unavoidable. My first, and very apparent observation; I feel like I'm living in a tin can. Every sound seams tinny and amplified to a much higher pitch. I have them set on the lowest volume, and when my dog barks, it's LOUD, almost screech like. She's not what you'd call a small dog. They sress in the description that these are true hearing aids and not amplifiers. I question that statement. So I tried each different size of dome, thinking I may not have the right ones for my canals. This didn't improve the sound quality. But I did find that the XS size was the most comfortable. This surprised me, because with other brands and styles that I've tried, medium was the most comfortable. And these still weren't all that comfortable. At best, I would call these just about in ear hearing aids. No matter how well I had them placed, they were always noticeable. From the side, definitely. From the front, yep. I can't tell you how disappointed I am with these. With a 4.2 overall rating, some really good reviews, and being just a little bit pricier than most of the others, I had my hopes up. In the end, these just aren't the ones for me. I hope they can work better for you.

Says in the book that there are suppose to be ear tips of various sizes. didn't have as well as the charge cord was just stuffed in the box as if it was a returned. Usually they have wire twist.
