This umbrella is of top quality and the customer service by this company is superb. It’s design is very sturdy, heavy duty steel and looks exactly as advertised. It was very well packaged and very simple to set up. I bought a heavy duty wrought iron base and I haven’t had any issues with it topping over or spinning. It fits perfectly off my back patio as it is rectangular in shape and I wanted extra shade for our sitting area. I don’t leave it open if it’s breezy/windy as I don’t want to take a chance of ruining it. The canopy material is soft, but thick enough to keep the sun off and a very beautiful color. A few weeks after using it, I noticed a corner of the canopy’s material was fraying and developing small holes. The rest of the canopy’s material was doing fine so I contacted the company. My eligible return date had already expired, but was so content to hear from this company that they wanted to assure me that I would be 100% satisfied with their product. All they asked for was a few pictures and they quickly sent me a replacement canopy of the exact same color and quality. Their commitment in honoring their customer’s satisfaction is outstanding and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this umbrella because this company stands behind their product! It's big enough to cover our long table and it's easy to get up and down. A word of caution. When it rains the water pools in the sections and will poor out all over you. I take a broom and push up on the sections to get the water off. (I know someone will say that I shouldn't leave it up. Sometimes you aren't home. Sometimes it isn't windy and I leave it up.)

We recently purchased this umbrella for our outdoor dining table and we are extremely pleased with the quality of this product. It is 13' long by 6.5' wide, covering our entire table (114" L x 40" W). You can turn it easily if you want additional protection from the Sun. Setup took less than 5 minutes to click the two pieces together and the crank, rods, and fabric are very sturdy in comparison to outdoor umbrellas we have used in the past. I would highly recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. Purchesed with a rolling base, this is way better than an offset umbrella. We got an offset umbrella from other manufacturer , " you can see it in the video" it can be tilted. We looked for all the places we could set it up and would give us some shade, but the base took too much space, didn't provide the shade, or too small tha shade area. The Superjare umbrella along with a rolling base "sold separately B08GVQ8G35" works fantastic! We loved it! Look at all the shade it provided, When not being used we can rolled to the side and doesn't take space. You can see in the photo the closed umbrella with the protective bag that is sold separately. The design of both things is amazing! The bag has a metal rod that helps reach the hight of the umbrella, but can be taken apart inside the bag sleave for it, for essy folding and storage. We love this three purchases! I by looking at it, I am sure in heavy winds it can be damaged, not because a manufacturing or material fault, but just by simple physics, this thing is big!

I purchased this product 4 months ago and set it up in the hot Texas sun. Went up easy and it's huge. Worked great and then we had an unexpected wind storm blow through. The umbrella was closed and secured but the wind blew it over despite the 80 pound weighted stand it was in. The pole was damaged in the fall ...the pole is very stout but the umbrella landed across a table. I contacted Seller to buy a replacement pole and they promptly responded and solve my problem. Excellent, responsive support from the Seller.
