I found it difficult to determine the correct size, so I bought a large. I normally wear medium to large but these are a little big. They fit well enough to keep but the next time I'll get the medium size. I just wish the company would use a different sizing standard.

Well, I'm male, 6' tall, 165 pounds. I went looking for thermal underware locally and couldn't find thermals anywhere, in Michigan, in November. What? So given I'm 70, and I see kids outside in cold weather with a T shirt and shorts, I started to put it together. Playing video games 24/7 has something to do with it. Anyway, if you want a set of thermals so you can stay warm in cold weather, these are well worth the money. Buy the size you would expect to buy. I bought large size. Shrinkage not a problem. Quality is there. Will probably last at least a few years.
