The display is accurate. 20 minute assembly time ...I kept dropping the nuts. Handle is not adjustable. I am 5'5" and it is fine. The tension does not adjust but I am getting around that by not doing full strides until I get used to it. Just with bare feet and it was comfortable but using trainers to help with knee cushioning. I didn't choose the other brands because of complaints that pieces didn't fit right or a handle was left out etc. This item everything was well protected and shipped in perfect condition. Most of the screws are pre-installed so I didn't have to guess which screw for which hole (I'm challenged). Used it for about 60 seconds to test the display and worked up a slight sweat at 180lbs it doesn't take much. Feels sturdy and well made. Using it with my treadmill while walking to BitGym videos. My goal is 125lbs by the end of the year. They had me at 15 minutes equals 30 minutes of walking so we shall see. I'll try to remember to update 12/31 if my post meno brain allows me. ... show more

I'm really impressed with this Sportsroyals Stair Stepper! It's surprisingly small, which is perfect for my home gym (or really, any spot in the house). I've been able to use it three times already, and I can definitely feel it working my muscles. It's a great way to get a quick workout in, and the resistance bands add an extra challenge for my upper body. Here's a quick breakdown of the pros and cons based on my experience so far: Pros: Compact size - Folds up easily and doesn't take up much space Easy to use - No assembly required, and it's pretty intuitive Good workout - Provides a challenging cardiovascular workout and works my legs Cons: Haven't used it long enough to see long-term results, but so far so good!     • Perfect at home workout option

I’ve been using this now five days a week for almost three months, and it’s really unlocked my motivation to exercise consistently. It’s easy to move around to use while watching TV or reading on my e-reader, and really gets a good burn going. It does take a few minutes from when you first step on it to “loosen up” - it will feel like there’s a lot of resistance at first, but once you push past that it’s easy to keep up a good pace. I do 20/25 minutes at a time and burn around ~200-250 calories per workout, especially when I incorporate the arms. I follow it up with a 25 minute stationary bike ride. It’s really nice to break up what otherwise might feel like a daunting 50 minute workout into two moderate-high intensity 25 minute workouts. It’s pretty quiet, too - my partner says it doesn’t bother him while we’re watching something together. I’ve noticed that, for whatever reason, if you’re using the arm portion while stepping it might squeak a little, but I think that has more to do with the hinges that attach the arm bands. I use the arms for only 5-10 out of my whole exercise so this isn’t an issue for me. ... show more

I bought this after seeing several ladies use this on social media lol and now I love my stepper too! I wanted a way to get steps in the morning without having to get fully dressed, put my shoes on, and head out the door. It saves so much time to be able to jump on this thing first thing in the morning. Since I’ve done this, my step count has gone way up. This is especially helpful on days when I work in the office and I sit most of the day. It’s also a great workout, even though it seems silly because you’re not putting out that much movement since the steps are so small. You can really feel it in your quads. I was a little nervous getting this thing as I’m just over 300 lbs. so this is the first thing I look for, weight capacity. I was pleasantly surprised when I got it and it took my full weight. I also had to find something that I could use on my small place. This was it. While I’m still building up my stamina I will continue to use this. I wanted to like this but ehhh. The counter stopped working after less than a week. There's also now a pretty loud squeak. And the resistance, which isn't adjustable, is very high. I'm not a light person, and even with my substantial weight, it takes effort to push the pedals down, so it's a good muscle work out but it's hard to go fast enough to get my heart rate up. I still value the leg workout so I'll keep it, but I wouldn't recommend it to others. ... show more

I would highly recommend this product. It came very quickly. The shipping package was intact. Everything was protected with airbags and foam. There is no assembly required. It works really well. I can definitely feel the burn in my calf thighs and buttocks. I’ve only had it for a short time so I’m not sure about long-term, but so far it is very sturdy.
