I want to start with, I get distracted very easily. I have a hard time with chores getting done like laundry, dishes, ect... I'll start doing something and then end up doing something else. Cleaning the litter box unfortunately falls under that category. I'll go to get a bag to clean it out and see there are dishes, ill start that, see there is windex out because I was going to clean the bathroom mirror and down the rabbit hole we go. So I don't clean the litter box as often as I should and I always feel terrible about it. This solves that problem!!! I had some delivery issues at first but that was not the sellers fault, in fact, they were super helpful. Once it arrived, it was a rather large box, but i did fit it in my small vehicle with some maneuvering. It was not as heavy as I thought it would be which is awesome! Unpacking was easy, I did panic at first because I didn't see a cord. I found it in the drawer with everything else. I got the mat and such too and I'm glad I did. The mat fit perfectly and my Lily loves the toys. I live in a small 1 bed 1 bath apartment and it fit in the closet area where the last litter box was. It's sturdy, stable and does great if you follow the instructions to put it on a flat surface, not carpet. The app is easy to use and connecting it was easy too. You can even name the device which is funny, I called it 'Lily's Throne. I do have a small cat, about 7lb or so, and she fits inside with no problem. But it's big enough for 3 of her. She was not too happy about it at first. It moved and she was not a fan at first. I left her to get used to it on her own. And she is now able to use it without freaking out. The noise is very minimal, I didn't use the night mode to see if it would wake me up but it didn't. Which is very nice for me and my neighbors. I haven't had it very long, less than a week, but so far it great! It is pricy, but its totally worth it for my Lily's health. I would definitely recommend!

TLDR: The litter box is really great and customer service is super friendly and helpful! I thought I would test one out and return it if I didn't like it but now have two because of how good they are! Background: I have two cats, one older cat (13 years old) and a younger one (2 years old). The younger one likes to pee on the ground if I don't scoop their litter boxes every couple of days. I tried an automatic litter box that used trays of crystal litter (because it was cheaper) and he would stop peeing on the ground if I changed the boxes regularly. However, if anyone else has had one of those litter boxes, you would know that the crystal litter tracks everywhere, hurts and is gross when you step on it, and the smell of pee was never contained. I wanted to try a different automatic litter box out that would reduce smell and litter tracking so I started looking into more expensive options. I figured that if it didn't work as well as I wanted it to work, I could always return them. My sister and her husband have a different automatic litter box that had a wider opening and told me that they didn't really ever use it because it didn't work that well. I settled on the Leo's Loo Too because it looked futuristic and cool and promised to reduce litter tracking significantly. Customer Service Experience: When it got here, I was upset because it didn't come with the accessories that I ordered. I contacted customer support who replied quickly and sent out replacements for me. These replacements came about a week later. I actually got another one delivered today and the same issue happened so I contacted support again and they refunded me the difference between the the non-bundle and bundled litter boxes on top of sending me another accessory set because of the repeat error. Overall, they were extremely easy to work with and went above and beyond what they needed to do. Experience with the Litter Box: The litter box came with good supply of liners and filters. It was a lot larger than I was expecting it to be but it's not like it's too big. It was extremely easy to set up but was a little difficult to figure out where to fill the litter to. I ended up just filling it to where I thought I should and then running the cycle a couple times for it to dump out the extra litter. My cats adjusted to using the litter box almost immediately. They were curious about the sound it makes when running the cleaning cycle at first but that didn't stop them from using it within the same day I got it. They seem to love using it! I put it next to an old litter box just in case they didn't want to use it but it seems like they exclusively use the Loo Too now. They like it so much that I've bought another one so that they can each have their own and to also make it so that I have to empty them out less frequently. Another bonus is that the smell is almost nonexistent. I was skeptical of the filters actually doing any kind of smell filtering since you just kind of put it in the litter tray but it really does eliminate the smell. I have to get really close to the litter box opening to even get a whiff of their bathroom breaks. Also, there is almost zero litter tracking with the litter pad. My cats love to throw litter out of litter boxes for some reason but the smaller opening to the Loo Too prevents them from throwing it everywhere. The pad that comes with the accessory bundle also does a great job of cleaning off whatever is stuck on their paws. Overall, I love these litter boxes and my cats seem to love them too. They have really exceeded my expectations!

I got this for two 4-month old kittens, because one of them is a serial digger and the other doesn't bury her mess which as you can imagine used to be a really big problem for me as a combination. After only 3 days of leaving Leo's Loo out the kittens already preferred it over their normal box (I put some used litter into it and set it to manual during that time). After that I set it to Auto with supervision for a few days, and they would purposely activate it to watch it spin. Now one of the kittens gets mad at me when the loo doesn't automatically clean (I have it set to not run late at night). ----UPDATE---- I have now had the loo for about a year and a half, so here's an update. I had some issues with the loo either stopping its cycle upside down or refusing to cycle at all - customer service was incredibly helpful and sent solutions for me to try with video guides which made everything go a lot smoother. Unfortunately I was unable to fix it, but luckily they were kind enough to upgrade to the extended warranty retroactively and replaced the base with a refurbished one, which has been working perfectly. I really appreciate their responsiveness and being patient with me despite my frustration at the situation. After having to scoop litter for a little while because of the issue listed above, I'm even more appreciative now of how convenient the loo makes things for me (and my cats!) - I used probably triple the amount of litter scooping like normal, and there was a smell. I'm glad to have my loo working again (thanks to their help)! Over all I definitely recommend this litterbox: aesthetically pleasing, convenient, functional, and with great customer service

I purchased this after my PETKIT stopped working after 1 year of purchase. I had the PETKIT for 13 months before it kept having errors. I was looking for an auto litter cleaner with a longer warranty and positive reviews, this seemed to fit the bill. For $700 I could not be more wrong. Pros: - it looks modern and sleek, can easily fit into anyone’s home who is looking for a minimalistic look - it cleans after the cats use it; it’s pretty efficient, perhaps too efficient as it smears within its own walls as the content has not solidified. Cons: - the smell, I smell cat urine constantly. At first I thought my cats urinated outside of the litter box. After investigating with black lights there were no pee stains; it’s the litter box. I never had this problem with PETKIT. The smell just lingers in the air, it’s disgusting. - litter tracking pad , does not track the litter. Due to the design and the size of the pad. The cats do not need to step out onto the track pad, they can just leap out. Even when stepping out it is at the very edge of the trackpad due to the angle of entry/exit hole. I have kitty litter everywhere in my home. - Ui/UX of the App, for $700 I was expecting a top notch app that was customizable like PETKIT litter box ($350) The app to be frank is a joke. It does not log cat usage properly, you cannot differentiate between cats if you have multiple. If there is an error and it notifies you and you click on the resource link it opens up their website where it is advertising you to buy their litter box. I already have their litter box, why are they advertising me to buy one, why is the link not directing me to the source of the error that the app is telling me? I instead have to dig through their website to find the right link to link to the error code. Very bad UI layout and design. Very sloppily done. For $700? This is jaw dropping bad. - changing the litter, I feel like I am advertising PETKIT, however, I was surprised for this $700 litter box, I had to turn it off to refill. With PETKIT you can just fill it up, click a button and it will recalibrate. Again.. for $700 this design is so lazy and bad for “high end” tech. -litter bag, the size is good, however when you are putting in the litter bag there is nothing to secure it… like PETKIT. You just flop it on the bin and shut the “smell trapper” lid on top. This is not a huge deal, I am again just surprised by the inefficient design of the product for $700. Overview, this is not worth the price. Not even close. I feel they may have spent more time making the exterior appear appealing than resolving the issues cat owners face in regards to smell and efficiency. I can deal with the low tech up to a point however, the smell and litter pad not tracking litter is the bare minimum I was hoping a “high end” $700 litter box can resolve. I was sadly wrong, and regret my purchase deeply. I highly suggest you to look elsewhere. This is not it.

I began having technical/hardware difficulties with my casa leo litter box, once this happened I immediately reached out to their customer service email. Talking with the representatives through their email was wonderful, they where understanding, patient, and helped me through the troubleshooting processes as well as just finding out if the issue was fixable with other methods before moving onto bigger ideas. Sadly the loo machine really was malfunctioning, however the staff confirmed I was still within my one year warranty. They managed to send me a brand new loo, and complimentary shipping for the old loo once I cleaned and packaged it up. The staff are so wonderful and understanding and I would definitely recommend this brand. Despite the fact that my first loo was a malfunctioning loo they managed to easily swap it for a new one. The loo itself is easy to clean, easy to manage with the app that has specific self cleaning times, and it has made it so much easier to clean up after my two cats. The design of the loo fits any aesthetic of any home with the multi color options and it can hide away in any corner of your home due to the size and shape of it. I love having an automatic litter box that does all the heavy lifting for me, it’s saved me so much time and back pain for cleaning it myself, 5/5 stars for not only the machine but also the wonderful customer service and patience these lovely people had, they truly do love their pet parent customers!

Alright I’m going to update this as I go before I make a final decision. I’ll give it a 5 for style…. It’s a very aesthetically pleasing toilet. For ease of set up I’ll give it a 4. Some of the instructions were counter intuitive such as putting litter before booting the box. Almost cause wasted litter. App was pretty easy to set up as well NOW the most important, odor control… it gets a 3 so far. To be honest my nose is only slightly worse than my cat’s and the smell is peeking through and that’s only after 1 day of use. I’ll assume it’s because I’m sitting right next to it but… that’s not good enough for $700. Customer service gets a 5. They delivered it a day earlier than the earliest projection plus the above point. It took some creativity to get my kid to use the bathroom but I solved it w/in a day. My fear is that come day 7 the smell will be no different than an open sewer. Edit: it’s been a few more days. The odor control now gets a 3.5 as there’s more nastiness in there and I’m having to work my nose to pick up whiffs. I will be trying the charcoal bags instead of the flimsy sponges included to see if that further helps. Also I’d advise anyone purchasing this to forgo the bundle. The design wasn't well thought out, as my cat jumps right over it like an Olympian. Get the box and figure out your own tracking solution. Get the liners separate as well… money saved. The toys are not worth an extra $50. Edit: alright it’s been almost a month so this is my final edit, I wish I’d bought this during the holiday season so I’d have longer to test it but it’s fine… my final verdict… Odor control 4.5/5 (it’s really only noticeable after a fresh poop prior to the UV cleaning or when the bin is ready to be tossed) Customer Service 6/5 Innovation 4.5/5 (they need to fix the scale system, why include it if it’s going to be wildly inaccurate) Aesthetics 5/5 Cleanup 3.5/5 (full disclosure I haven’t done a deep cleaning yet, I’ll be doing that in a week when I change the litter) All in all, I wish I could rate this a 4.5 but Amazon… It worth it WAAAAY better LEAPS AND BOUNDS better that the scoopsafe device which is the only other self cleaning system I’ve used. It’s worth the money, I haven’t thought oh no what have I done once, and I’m not even anxious that the refund window is about to close. I don’t want more cats but I could see my self getting another if I ever did want more. Main criticism aside from the scale thing is going to be the cleanup. The devices sometimes issues the mark, not significantly, just stray litter in the back of the bin but that’s enough to say I’ll need to work to ensure it’s clean. It’s also a bulky devices so I’ve been doing mental simulations of how exactly a deep clean is even supposed to work. So if you are interested, go for it 👍🏿

Cleaning it in a small apartment is not ideal so I take the barrel with me to a self cleaning car wash (the kind that you do the scrubbing) and I use their soap and power hose to clean it once a month! Works like a charm just don’t forget to take the bladder off so that can get cleaned as well. I live in a small apartment with NO patio or backyard and my one bathroom is too small for the litter box to fit. I have to clean the litter box daily or even twice daily to make sure my litter box doesn’t stink up my living room. I usually change the litter every two weeks to assure I don’t have a stinky place. This up keep was driving me crazy after a year and a half! I finally decided to get this after scrolling through tons of YouTube reviews and comparisons to other self cleaning litter boxes. It arrived and visually it is ugly (compared to my last litter box). But it ACTUALLY WORKS!!! It’s been 3 weeks with the SAME litter and NO SMELL!!! I used to wake up and need to scoop because it smelled of poop but not anymore! It’s also extremely quiet. But you can hear the noise on YouTube reviews to compare to the other self cleaning boxes. I use the ‘sustainably yours’ cat litter because it clumps firmer and faster than the clay stuff and doesn’t leave streaks on the machine. This thing is amazing! I was so skeptical because some reviewers said it needs better odor control but I am VERY sensitive to smells and I’m telling you there is no smell! I was surprised that the odor control would be my favorite flex - I honestly thought it was going to be the no scooping to be my favorite ! But visually - they may be able to make a fake plantar? Idk I included photos of my old litter box and the new one so maybe the company can help make something more discreet. I also face my litter box towards the wall so my cat doesn’t leap out and track. It helps a little. I think it’s time for me to get rid of my scooper but I kept it the first month just in case 😅

After having this product for a little over a year it is problem after problem and every time you contact customer service they basically tell you to put it back together again your self using electrical tape and glue. Also sells an extended warranty but then doesn’t cover main things like the drum. With how often I have had to use issues with this litter bow and had to fix things and contact customer service it has been more of a hassle maintaining this than the cost of it is worth, and a regular litter box was less work. The first few months it was nice but it seemed like it was built to last just long enough to extend past the date to return it and then it’s been issues ever since, it was nice at first but now it’s a bigger headache than it’s worth. The unloading and loading of litter is very difficult, the plastic cover on the catch tray stained yellow from the UV light after a month or two. The opening is way too wide and the drum isn’t deep enough my cat can easily kick and track litter everywhere. Which was never a problem I had with any litter box before. It’s has faulty connection to WiFi. The drum has multiple grooves and cracks that litter gets stuck in and is practically impossible to remove. The outside gap for the clumps to fall out of is sealed with hot glue, The felt track on the base around the hole to the catch tray peeled up on both bases and I was told to just glue it back in place. My replacement box I needed after my first one’s weight sensor broke came with all wires exposed and I was told to electric tape it back. Don’t spend your money. A regular litter box is better than any convenience this product promises Editing my response because Customer service did reach out and replace my full litter box the new one came without the many issues listed above and so far is functioning as intended
